Correct delivery - packaging insufficient buffering
Correct delivery, but - due to insufficient buffering inside a too large shipping Carton box - on 12v led lamp arrived damaged ; luckly the others all survived the shipment.

Broke before we even got to use it...
Light bulbs were great and delivery was efficient but the lamp is super flimsy and actually broke as we were trying to put it up... haven't even got a chance to use it before one of the parts broke off...

Due to a lack off packaging-material…
Due to a lack off packaging-material the smaller box wit the lamp could move freely inside the bigger packaging box. Also was the smaller box (with the lamp) put upside-down in the bigger box.
This resulted in a lamp with multiple parts who were bend.
I was able to bend most parts back in place but if you look closely, you can still see it.

Not good value for money
For the price I paid, the lamp looks of low quality. The colours of the glass bubbles look different than in the pictures. I hope at least that, once we put it up, it works properly.

They are not good quality
They are not good quality. My lamps are all badly made, they are not straight and we cant do anything about it, bceause they where made like that. We dont know what to do... it is a shame because this shouldnt happen.

Easy improvements
Communication should be in English and clearer. Delivery was substantially delayed compared to the advertised delivery time when I made the purchase. Impossible to communicate with the delivery company.
