Poor quality follow-up.
9 working days ago I received the notification that the lamp I ordered is about to be given to transport firm. I immediately called Lampen24.be to say that in the address for delivery the house number was missing. However 7 working days ago transport firm put my parcel aside: impossible to deliver without house number. 4 working days ago I wrote detailed email to Lampen24.be. So far no news from Lampen24.be and no lamp.
@Lampen24.be: vous pouvez me répondre en français aussi. Mais je préfère qu'au lieu de répondre à mon commentaire vous m'envoyiez ma lampe.

I was disappointed with the delivery…
I was disappointed with the delivery time. They didnt follow what they said before ordering. Says the products will be delivered before christmas, so i opted to place the order so it will be cozy to have new addition in our Christmas dinner and living room but the they arrived on 28th of december, way too late for Christmas! Box were damaged and one of the lamp were broken. We didnt had time to hang the lamps ofcourse because we were leaving for New Years eve, when we open and hang them, one of them was broken!!

Two LED lights - one arrives with damage at source
I ordered 2 LED external light items. One arrived visibly damaged at the base - damage would have been present at the company and that should have been picked up BEFORE shipping. NOT damage in transit, definitely damage at source.

Still have not received the lamps.
Still have not received the lamps.
Ordered the lamps on a Monday, got a call from the delivery company on a Wednesday planning to do the delivery for Friday, time estimated 9am to 6pm.
Stayed at home the whole bloody day and the lamps never arrived! Nor I received a notice that the lamps were not going to arrive, nothing!
And then on a Saturday I receive an email from this company assuming I have the lamps and asking me to rate them!
