Great customer service that fixed my problem quickly.

I ordered the Lindby LED panel Nelios (120 x 60 cm, CCT, black metal), and the overall experience was very smooth.

Delivery was quick and straightforward, and the product arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I didn’t need to contact customer service, which usually says everything about how well the process works.

The panel itself gives a very even and bright light, which makes it ideal for a workspace or larger room. The adjustable color temperature is a nice touch, allowing you to switch between warmer and cooler light depending on the situation.

Design-wise, it’s clean and minimal, exactly what you’d expect from a modern LED panel. It blends in nicely without drawing too much attention, while still doing its job very effectively.

A simple, functional product that does exactly what it promises.

We ordered lights 3 weeks ago, on their webpage, they said that the delivery time would be around 1 week. But every week we received an email delaying the delivery by one week more, now we were notified that we would receive the lights in 3 weeks (5 weeks later than expected). They don't answer in their customer service department. Terrible company

Our lane is closed by the municipality for road works but we have received all other deliveries but did not receive our order from you.
We have been trying to find out from where we can collect our parcel from GLS but there is no news from them. No update.
Please can you tell us from where we can collect our parcels . Very dissatisfied

I usuallay give good scores to this site, this time the sending was too long despite it was announced by DOD it took almost a week to receive it and one was already used and with scratches that I had to eliminate… if you sell returns check them and maybe do some discounts on them.

The material of the lamp is with very low quality, we are going to return the lamp. How is it possible that you use as a screen simple paper with very low quality?

I ordered 8 wall lamps who came in a ridiculous big box in pretty bad condition and had to send back 4 of them because they did not fit. After filling in the return form online, they forgot to send me the return page. So waited and then i payed myself for the return of 4 lamps. Later they mailed me that they were sorry that they forgot to send me the return postal note, but couldn't pay me back.
I sent the 4 lamps in the same box they arrived in, but received the box including 4 lamps after a few days. No message, they just denied the package and sent it back to me again. Very rude.
I will never buy anything again from them.

I ordered many times, and I'm getting good deals and good quality. Except the last time, when the delivery was quite damaged, and there was no manual attached. But at least I could test the refund process, and that worked just fine.

Nice lamp. Delivery is a bit slow and the colors are way darker compared to the pictures but still a nice lamp.

Fantastic lamp. Lights up the room as much as you want it to. The only downside is having to bend to turn it on or adjust the brightness.
I wish it had a remote control.

The only reason for 4/5 and what could be improved is instructions provided, either on the website or by the manufacturer. I bought a Lindby Davella lamp, and while the messaging on the website mentioned the "maximum" length of 150cm (implying that it can be adjusted), the instructions didn't mention this at all. It took me quite a while to figure out how to do it, and I even started wondering if I may need to return the lamp in case it's not adjustable after all.

If anyone's reading this and has the same problem: there's a small hole under the cap that gets attached to the ceiling. It doesn't even look like a screwdriver woud fit in there, but with a small "dot"-shape tip you can loosen it and then you can push the cable inside the cap to make it shorter.

So if this feedback could be passed on to the manufacturer, or maybe if these instructions could be added on the lampen24 website at least, that would be amazing. Otherwise good experience, would order from this shop again.

It took longer for the lamp to arrive, so don’t believe what it says on the product page. Besides that, everything went great, I’d buy from them again

I had a fantastic experience shopping with Lampen24. The prices are very competitive, and the shipping was super fast—everything arrived sooner than expected.

I ordered a pendant light which is beautiful and hangs perfectly. Just a note for future buyers regarding the products: the model I bought is made of plastic with a built-in LED. It looks great, but keep in mind that because the LED is integrated, you cannot change the bulb; you have to replace the whole unit eventually. Overall, a smooth transaction and I am very happy!
