It was noted that delivery was against signature but DPD, your courier, left the package without even a ring to the door. I read problems on the internet exactly of this problem but went ahead because my products were cheap. I am hesitant to buy again Lampenmeister continues to employ such poor delivery company.

The package arrived opened and it…
The package arrived opened and it looked it was sticked back together. The item with the lamp inside was a gift. It looked like someone opened everything and took everything out and put it back in. It had black finger prints on and it was de-attached from the base of the lamp. I had to clean it before gift it.

Habe noch nicht die Lampe bekommen… you’ve responded that you’re very sorry but haven’t answered my email about when the lamp will arrive. The website said 3-5 days. It’s now 10 and the link sent in the email doesn’t work. Please help.

Please never use DPD for shipments
Please never use DPD for shipments - it is a disaster! Incorrect information provided on package status, poor costumer service and no interest in truly helping when packages are lost from DPD. When reaching out to Lampenmeister for support while package was lost with DPD for 9 days, there was absolutely no response to two e-mails. Ordering and porduct perfectly fine, but shipment disasterous.

Ordered from lampenmeister.ch - yet it is delivered from Germany via DPD - and if nobody is home, then the parcel is sent back to Germany! How is this possible?
