I ordered some hanging lamps but the diameter was not mentioned in the description. The lamps are very nice but huge, bigger than presented in the pictures. I had to return them unfortunately.

Faulty IT system
Faulty IT system. My order went completely missing, untraceable at the firm, while confirmed on my (client) screen. After several calls to Lampenwelt, an employee assured me that there was no trace of the order and that, consequently, I could place a brand new order. WRONG: 24 hours later, hence 3 days after placing the initial order, I got an email confirmation that the firm was handling it. In the meantime, I had already placed an order for the same lighting fixtures for a lower price with a firm in the Netherlands. Now, I am wasting my time towards a cancellation of my initially lost order in an attempt to get my money back. Internet-based sales platforms cannot afford a faulty IT system!

Very disappointed
We are very disappointed with this company. We have bought all the lightning at our house through this company and left very nice amount of money to them. While the quality of certain items is very good (not all), we have had very unpleasant experience with the company itself. I have overlooked that I have selected “payment through bank account” for one of our orders, as I usually pay everything via PayPal. Company until today have not sent a single reminder, so that we could have realized a mistake with the payment at our end, but has just sent “Letzte Mahnung” with less than 24 hours notice to pay missing invoice. We are very disappointed to receive a treatment like this for an amount of 150EUR while we have left more than 5000 EUR to this company. We will definitely never buy from this company again.
Additional info (after reply from a seller): It is not true what the seller stated. We have received goods in October 2022 and reminder for payment was sent in January 2023. Also the reminder that was sent was not automated, but signed by a specific person. Additionally disappointed that seller is not familiar with their internal processes.
