Triple scam !
The item received did not match the pictures. Upon return a sum lower than the paid price was reimbursed, it was not clear why. Lastly, the lamp was labeled as 60% discounted at a price of 450 RON, only to find it a week later discounted by 30% at the final price of 280 RON. Triple scam !

No delivery after 2 weeks
Ordered a lamp 2 weeks ago, on the site said it was on stock. For 5 days nothing. Called the support, they told me in 3 days they will have it on stock(on the site still writes in stock). After 7 days, still nothing.

My dissatisfaction was precisely with your customer service representative being very rude and not providing the necessary information.
