I didn't receive either the perfume or my money

Part of my order was lost and I haven't received a refund!

I ordered an advent calendar from the French Lancome website as a Christmas gift for my wife (my order number is LACB142933). I paid €160 for the calendar. The last box in the calendar (December 24th) was empty. It was supposed to contain 30 ml of perfume. My wife was very upset; this incident ruined the holiday. I wrote to Lancome customer service and asked them to send me a bottle of the missing perfume. But they refused and offered me a 20% discount on my next order. I am shocked; this is simply a mockery of the customer. I will never order anything from this website again and I advise you not to. I am so disappointed. Lancome deprived me of the perfume I paid for.
