Lied saying we would close at the end of the maturity date on the purchase agreement. Waited 60 days for nothing and didn't even have the common courtesy to call and let me know that the $205,000 offer was a big lie. These guys don't have any money they are trying to tie your property up while they find a buyer. Perfect example of a buy real estate with no money workshops. Now the title company that they hired to do the title work on my property is saying they won't return their calls either and won't paying for their services. Crooks
