Being in business myself I find it frustrating when a fellow business owner couldn’t care less about the product they sold you or not trying to fix the problem. Bought a tool that is defective and asked firm them to replace the defective part which would cost them less then a few dollars. Instead, they have no problem making me spend my money and time returning the whole product and searching for someone else to purchase from. This company goes by landatools.com or landa international inc or in ebay they go by seller favoriteusa. If people quit buying from people like this, maybe service will come back to America.
