The targeted leads which charges minimum of $15 and upto $40 for each email lead is not a a good marketing strategy. I have tried several means to contact their customer support but they never reply your email as if their company does not exist. The only time you realize this company exist is when they want to charge your card for payment, after that the render no other help to you. Now they have found a smart way to charge ridiculous amount of money with leads that don't exist and they call it innovative.

Your last sentence shows you are not ready to address the concerns of your client and you are insinuating that we may not work together, You don't need to regret that we don't work together. Just stop charging per email. That is not fair at all.
Then what is your customer service phone number and email? I want to call them.

The website was very hard to use; several interactions were a struggle, and required repeated trial-and-error guesswork -- sometimes for more than an hour. Many error messages were obscure or unhelpful. Customer service was spotty, and never responded to half of my help requests. Some instructions and other help appeared to be for some previous version of the user interface, as they did not correspond to the current UI, and could not be followed as written.
