Bus never showed

My son was waiting at Denver airport in that little waiting room next to door 504 starting at 7pm last night for an 8:30pm Landline pickup. The bus never showed up. We tried calling and emailing but there was no response. We had to pay $100 for a Lyft to get him back to Loveland. What I think happened is they saw it was just him and decided it wasn't worth coming out. Today, I finally got someone on chat who said the bus was there. BS. We have taken the bus at least 10 times over the course of the years and know he was in the right place at the right time. A video call from him proved it. Am going to switch to Groome shuttle from now on.
