I cannot thank Landlords Direct Kris enough for for all his hard work, nice manner, sensitivity and not making an already stressful time any worse when I secured one of his properties recently,
My family have autism and other needs, he sensitively made the rental process easy, was caring supportive in times of little blips
Properties are excellent, we are in the North of the County, all decorated high standard , furnished too.
Even got one in my home town of Edwinstowe, if I was a single person I would take it, as those that I have had the pleasure to view are so near all facilities
Such as Retford Edwinstowe to name a few🔑
No red tape not being answered just great Company, we , my new partner and I’ve are looking to rent a bigger house with pets;so if the one we have looked at falls through we would have no hesitation in renting from Kris at Landlords Direct.
I saw lots in the website
Well done Landlords Direct, there will always be moaners, sometimes for the right reasons, but for me with a son with special needs they are by far the best to date!
My daughter rented a house from landlords direct, Chris from the Mansfield Woodhouse branch was the person she dealt with, what a disgusting individual, he conned my mother into being a guarantor, my mother is 92, totally deaf and gets very confused, because my daughter didn't pay the rent, this dispicable man is now taking my mother to court, how low is this vile man willing to go, apart from that, I contacted him to remove my daughter's possessions, without any notice, no letters, no phone calls, he changed the locks, emptied the house of everything and refused to tell us what he'd done with thousands of pounds worth of possessions, we have informed the police, as yet we have no idea what the police are doing, the reviews I've just read are obviously wrote by themselves, landlords direct are a bunch of inadequate morons, totally dishonest and they should be prosecuted for being the worst letting agents ever
This company are bullies and rip off merchants. £600 per month for a flat that is no more than 20ft x 8ft. They did not do any maintenence on the property despite being asked more than 20 times. Breach of tenancy seems the norm for them. There a joke of a company. They wanted £500 for damage to a internal bathroom door and so called damage to the kitchen worktop that wasn't there when my daughter moved out. They sent pics of the flat from what they had taken before she moved in and the only picture is one that's blurry. Coincidence hey...
Despicable service. After complaining for many months about the noise my neighbours make, and send them evidence of that they say is nothing they can do and i should pay rent even i can't sleep at the property. Miserable people, avoid!
Giving them 1 star is far too generous, the property was leaking like a sieve they only took action when rent was withheld but even then the problems were not sorted. The amount of mould was unsafe, with 2 young children and a new baby due we had no choice but to move but now they are saying we owe over £2,000 for damage but the only damage was from where water had been leaking down the walls and the window reveal had collapsed where it was so wet. Trying to contact anyone is a joke, you can never discuss anything by phone. Absolute bunch of cowboys who are now trying to get us to pay for the repairs to the property that they should have sorted in The first place. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY WITH THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Absolute shambles of a company no wonder they had to change company name from rooftops. Obviously in an attempt to escape the bad reviews!
The property was leaking to the point of water running down the walls when it rained resulting in plaster falling off the walls and severe mold.
None of this was sorted even after several attempts at contacting them only when we withheld the rent did they actually do something. Even then they didn't resolve the problem.
After leaving the property and re decorating every room we have been hit with over £2000 worth of work that apparently needs doing.
Contacting this company is a joke no phone line to contact on and I repeatedly asked them to contact me by phone but I am yet to receive a call they either don't have a phone line at all or are just cowards that don't like confrontation.
One star is too much for this company avoid at all costs.
