Absolute disaster
The package is stuck in Belgium since April 7, supposedly ready for dispatch. They provide no way of communication so I can't het more info. I never had such a bad experience with shipping. Judging from other reviews its a normal practice for this company. What a joke.

Lost my Eddie Bauer order before they even received it
Place an order from Eddie Bauer on April 2, 2025 and it was shipped on April 5, 2025. Landmark never updated the tracking past “data received”. I was anticipating having my items before I took a trip a few weeks later. Eddie Bauer confirmed they lost my package and thankfully refunded me but I won’t be reordering if they continue to use this shopping service. $200 order just mysteriously goes missing right off the bat..? Feels incredibly disingenuous.

Shipment Delayed With No Updates
I placed an order with Yesstyle, and on April 12, 2025, the status was updated to “Shipment Ready to Dispatch.” However, it’s now April 23, and there has been no further update or progress. My parcel seems to be stuck with no explanation or estimated delivery time. It’s frustrating not knowing what’s going on, especially after waiting for over a week. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I don’t know who the seller is. I didn’t receive any goods. You know who the seller is so I need you to find out for me.
I received an envelope which was empty apart from a note saying thank you for your order. They took £53 from my bank account. I didn’t order anything from them. My bank will be taking action against them for fraud.

I have ordered from NBA store to…
I have ordered from NBA store to Poland. Delivery item left Manchester and was on the way, it made it to Poland. However, it says that 2x attempts to deliver were made and information left. I have NO INFORMATION where to go to collect my parcel. A very poor service with no phone number to contact either, I told NBA store to avoid using for future international shipments. NBA were helpful, they said if no delivery then they will refund or re-ship.

Worst shipping company ever
Worst shipping company ever. Ordered package on yesstyle and it's been stuck in Belgium since 27th of March. Like why is there so long. The only update I got was 27th and since then nothing. Not gonna order from yesstyle anymore if they use this shipping company. Much better to just order on websites in my country since at least I will get my package.

I ordered a package from YesStyle since February, it has been stuck with landmark global in Belgium since 22nd February (grouped at partner facility). This is almost two months still no package 😡.
I blame yesstyle for shipping with them though after all these complaints from customers

Parcel stuck in Belgium since 24th of Feb it is now 10 April and no movement. Over six weeks I'm sure it is lost. Do not trust this company or ever use them again. All my attempts to contact Landmark global have been ignored.

I’m growing increasingly concerned about the status of my shipment with Landmark Global (tracking number 520115012284239900186268 / LTN362259104). The last update was on March 27th, and since then there has been complete radio silence. No tracking movement, no communication, no indication of where the parcel is or when it might arrive.
What’s especially worrying is that this seems to be a recurring issue, as many other customers report similar problems – delayed deliveries, lack of transparency, and limited customer support.
At this point, I’m hoping for a clear explanation and an update on the status of my shipment. I would appreciate any information or reassurance that the parcel is still in transit and will eventually reach its destination.

I ordered on 23th of March, on 27th I got a trackingnumber. I have not heard ANYTHING from them since that time and there are zero updates. My package supposedly has been stuck at Landmark Global in Belgium, which borders my country so I'm not sure why it's been 2 weeks and no updates. It's stressing me out because I ordered stuff for my wedding day and it looks like I won't be getting it.

Very poor delivery service. I made an order on the 21st of march 2025 through causal lads,received an update on the 23rd of march but I’ve not heard anything since. I’ve tired email casual lads but nothing. I’ve contacted landmark and nothing as well. I don’t understand how you can pay almost £25 postage and not hear a thing from them. I’d advise anyone ordering if this is the delivery service offered SHOP ELES WHERE!!

I ordered my package 14/02/25 and it was sent 20/02 but it haven't been any updates since 23/03, it seems like it's stuck in Belgium. Estimated delivery date was 4/04. When i emailed Yesstyle about it they said nothing, landmark global isn't responding to my contact forms. It's 250€ order and i was so excited, but not i lost hope it will be ever delivered.

I've ordered a book and I should have received that by the 26th of March. It says it is detained at the UK customs since the 21st of March. The seller gave me a pretty poor answer and Nobody from Landmark Global answered my mail.
