They say "free support" but you don't get any.
For 4 months now, they've been saying they will fix their extension (which doesn't work as advertised)
Now they won't even give me a refund. Avoid at all cost.

I'm using LOF Magento 2 Page Builder. There was an issue when I installed the module. When contacting them on live chat, I was advised to submit a ticket for that issue. And the dev team handled it in a timely and professional manner! Thank you!!

Avoid this company. their support was nothing but liar. We have used paid customization service to customize pdf for quote extension and they promised us to deliver the code next morning for almost 2 month. we cannnot contact them in any channel you expected them to reply even on online chat that they are usually active. We have to terminate the service and decided to delete their extension from our website and switch to other reliable vendor and wasting my 2 months.

Many problems !! Products do not work well , and support is non existent.
Money back guarantee is a joke - after only 3 days the software was not going to work for me, but they refused to give any money back , even though they say 14 days !

I use Mega menu extension I can say it's really amazing.I try to find menu extension that support RTL after searching I'm found Landofcoder extenstion is the best choice I can have now I can use background image ,Icons,and also mobile menu that is different from my main menu.also there are two type of Megamenu I find cheaper one but I hope in future I buy pro version.

We bought 5 extensions from Landofcoder namely,

1. Advanced Magento 2 Product Reviews
2. Magento 2 Mega Menu PRO
3. Magento 2 One Step Checkout
4. FAQ Extension for Magento 2
5. Magento 2 Preorder Extension

But Magento 2 One Step Checkout was turned out to be a nightmare for our store, it was not working properly. So we reached their support and created a ticket.

It was that day when the ticket was created and it is today's date we are forced to write a review now.

Actually, bad support will be an understatement here. I would like to call it a horribly nightmare support.

It has been more than a week, their devs don't care to resolve the issues of their extensions, no matter what you do and I have provided with the video recording of the issues, screenshots of the issues and their support is non-existent man.

Their live chat which will show you that they are online, but they don't bother to talk to you 90% of the time the chat was nitialized.

As being an online store, you know even a single minute counts and these people have wasted our 10 days...

Buy extensions from Mageplaza, trust me, you will have peace of mind and soundless sleep.

This company has everything that I need :) not exactly everything but I found this is one of the best Magento 2 vendor that I can trust. I started my online store since 2018 and have bought a lot of extensions from LandofCoder and downloaded their free extensions too. The extensions work well and support me a lot.
Some of the extension did not integrate with my website and I asked for the custom service. The response is slow sometimes but right after they reach the tickets, everything is handled.

I have bought Magento 2 Quote Extension. It comes with lot of errors. Everytime when we raise ticket it drags for Month. After few weeks they will reply, if you have requirement that time you might use their service. Even after their reply if issue is not resolved, don't worry again after few Weeks they will reply you. Anyway they wont complete their Ticket any time.
Such an Interesting company with no business ethic.
Don't Buy any extension or Themes

I have the same experience as of late. Have had an extension for an extended period of time. Support was once good now I am being "ghosted" by the support. I use to get promises that a "manager" Would channelize the 1-month-old ticket and contact me about VIP support. Nothing, and now the online chat has even blocked me or goes "offline" after I initiate a chat. Support was once fast and efficient. Now they are marking tickets closed without taking any action.

I have offered to purchase VIP support or any paid way to get there help. And still no response. I will now have to ditch the extension, losing the cost of the enterprise version and the many hours of support I have put my developers threw to fix the extension.

I would stay away at the time being.

We are trying to install this extension for a year. Our It team is facing to so many bugs this is insane!
Really you better code your own you will save time and money. The support is pathetic, really guys just run away

Very worst customer service!!!

They are not even acknowledging the ticket which we are submitting.

The customer support is worse as i ever seen. They have lots of problem with there extension and theme if we ask to support they do not reply for weeks. Very very bad support and extensions with theme.

They are one of the worst! Avoid as they are non-responsive!

1. Non-responsive to refund requests, simply ignored now!!!
2. Support does not reply for weeks at a time!
3. Reviews are fake, they have 5 star reviews on products with status "coming soon"??! You can even tell by the broken language it is them...

Prices are good and that is the only good thing about them but with that comes bad module coding which will destroy your store and you will be stuck.

When you ask for support, they will take several weeks at times to reply and when you are running a website, website owners know how important that is and losing money is not on but they don't seem to understand that. They promise to reply when you use chat on their website and then nothing for weeks!!

The language barrier also as they are from Vietnam and their English is not up to scratch which makes communication very dificult.
