Not a ideal outdoor phone

Had this phone on contract two years now from when it was new. When something went wrong you ring the number and get through to CAT absolute useless. They said go through Vodafone to sort ant problems which was a customer service nightmare. One problem after another. For an outdoor phone the battery life is rubbish and even if you use the battery pack to charge for the day it barely last a day. Charging port was knackered from 2 months in and I then used the battery pack to charge, after a couple of days the pins on the battery pack just came away. Land rover has a big name for cars but phones don't bother. It's a basic android phone with a built in compass which did work when I had power to work it. I love the mou rains and this phone was not up to the job after a few months. The battery would go to 15% and go to power save mode then turn off straight away. Not happy and seriously don't have the time to complain anymore and get no where. If I could afford a land rover I would have one and always drwamed of having one. Hence why I went with the brand of the phone but disappointed. Sorry but I wouldn't bother I have wasted money buying this product
