I emailed you after trying the l'angethe first day and it's not what I expected. The advertisement gives the impression that the inside turns to easily make curls. I requested info as per how to return it and have gotten no response.

This product is very good not heavy and dries your hair fast leaving it with a nice glow and soft !!

I think it is a game changer. I have fine hair and this puts curl into my hair. And because it cools the curl down I think it does less damage. My hair is a little longer than chin length so I bought the regular size. Have a friend that tried mine who has thick long hair and she loved it but I’d buy the longer barrel for long hair. I would have like the barrel size to he a little small for my fine length hair. But love that it’s cool to the touch which makes it easy to use

The pirouette curling iron is great. First curling iron that actually creates great curls on my daughter's fine answer very straight hair. The pirouette design creates lasting curls quickly without tangling up in the device.

I have purchased nearly $1000 worth of lange hair supplies and tools and this last purchase just didn’t work for me. So I went to return it and only got about half my money back. So disappointed in this company - they had a chance to make it right and they didn’t.

The 2 in 1 Staightening Comb did not work for me. They said if you can comb your hair, you can use this tool, but it’s very awkward for my shoulder length hair. I was going to return it, but discovered that “bundled” items cannot be returned! All of their specials last month came with a hair product at a discount, so nearly everything they sold was bundled and nonreturnable? Very disappointed in L’ange for this, and have stopped following them. Feels shady to me.
