Diffuser was to small and didn't work…

Diffuser was to small and didn't work for my curly hair, this was disappointing but the most disappointing was the return policy, a $26 item was only going to get me $8 in a return credit. This, and customer service, is why people purchase from Amazon

I love Lange products and have been…

I love Lange products and have been using them for years! They always arrive quickly and are packaged securely. The Glass Hair and Hydro Therapy 7 second instant repair treatment are 2 of my favorite products! I'm also happy the brought back the Trous Chic 3 way hairspray too!!

Love my 2nd purchase of the classic duo…

Love my 2nd purchase of the classic duo curl iron just shipped promptly.. My first one lasted 5yrs, She died this pass month, but loved it so much bought it again.
Unfortunately just missed by one day the special they are offering by 2 hair tools for $99.00 . Kinda sad about that, would have bought the air dryer hair brush.

I wrote to company because I get an answer about a product

I wrote to company because I wanted to ask about their hair dryer and any issues with people claiming it burned their hair after a certain time. The dryer did burn my hair and I inquired if this happens after a certain amount of time or I happened to get a bad one before I was to purchase another. They then asked about brush I bought if I was referring to that order. I was not, answered again then the final comment was thank you for being a customer! Needless to say I won’t buy another product that this company sells due to lack of an answer! I did not want anything from them just an answer! Autumn was unable to accomplish that! So, no thank you Soleil hairdryers and L’ange.

Stop with all the marketing emails

I love all the products from Lange. What I dont like is all the emails. Sending daily emails is an overkill.

I would like to return this product.

I would like to return this curling iron. I have short hair and I was unable to use your product. I also burned myself several times trying to use your product. I have only used it once. Please furnish me with a return address and refund my money.
