As it was my first time renting my own place, I had trouble getting everything needed. Luckily James understood and guided me in every step, calling me to see if he could help or find different solutions. The level of customer service was effective and above the usual high street property agents I had previously who generally made me retract my offers for properties.

Nikki and the team at Langford Rae were superb throughout the process of selling my property.
The professional photographer they use took some amazing photos and really helped sell my house quickly. The service was also great, with Nikki and the team always on hand to handle any queries I or my buyer had.

Back in May 2013 I went to view a flat in Chislehurst. It was beautifully refurbished to a very high spec. and I instantly fell in love with the place and the surrounding area. A year ago my long-term tenants unexpectedly had to move out from my property due to financial difficulties. Having managed the property myself for a number of years due to previous issues with letting agents I needed someone to help find some new tenants.
