Really happy with my experience ordering from this place. The team was very helpful and responsive, and the plants were beautiful and surprisingly affordable. Delivery was next day, which was a fantastic bonus! The delivery fee was a bit pricey, but with such low plant prices and excellent service, it was still great value. Highly recommend and will definitely order again!

I visited Langthorns Plantery on Saturday.
What a fantastic place this is.
The selection of plants is tremendous.
The young lady I asked for help from was so friendly and extremely knowledgable.
It’s such a shame that this place isn’t closer to my home, however next time I’m in the area I shall be visiting again to purchase their fabulous plants.

Musa sikkimensis Bengal Tiger (7.5 ltr) very disappointed with this order! As I was expecting quite a larger plant than was sent. The plant had one leaf and the stalk was very skinny not the size you would expect from a 7.5 litre pot! The packaging was bad, the box was packed to the brim with fresh hay grass which was damp and very heavy and stunk like a farmyard. I had to unpack it in the front garden as there was so much hay and the smell.

I have just received my plants from Langthorns Plantery and I am extremely happy they are here.

I had some problems with Parcel Force not delivering as expected and unfortunately my plants were returned to the nursery as undelivered. This was disappointing but I called the nursery to re-arrange delivery and spoke to an extremely helpful gent who re-organised everything with the best level of customer service I have experienced in a long time.

His excellent service meant any disappointment soon vanished as he pulled out all the stops to make sure the plants arrived with me the second time around.

I really can not fault the staff at Langthorns as they are really helpful and go the extra mile without question.

My plants arrived in good condition and were well packed so they didn't get damaged. There was clear signage on the box, indicating live plants and to keep upright, which I'm sure helped.

I would highly recommend Langthorns Plantery not only for the great quality of plants, but also for the extremely high level of customer service they deliver.

Great company, helpful friendly staff on the phone and ultra efficient.
Plants are healthy and come very well packed, arrive quickly in great condition. This has been my 2nd year ordering from them, no doubt I'll be back again for more next year.

Easy website to navigate with lots of interesting plants. Order was placed around 5pm on a Monday, delivered 9.15am on Wednesday. Can't get much quicker than that! The plants arrived well packed and in excellent condition. As another reviewer has said, delivery cost is expensive, but spread across four sizeable plants, it was worth it. I wish I'd known about this company before, rather than stumbling across it late in my gardening life!

Plants delivered quickly and well packed. The price was good and the plants were a good size for their pots. Delivery is expensive, as is the norm these days, but the plant prices make up for it.
Very pleased and would happily buy from them again
