COMPANY DID NOT PAY SALARY

COMPANY DID NOT PAY SALARY. I worked as a freelancer in this company and still have not received my money. They promised to pay it on 3rd of November. When I asked questions about payment, they considered me rude and agressive person, that I am somehow harrasing this companys main boss. They also said that they will not pay the full amount, because my quality was not that good, although they previously said that it was really good and even offered to work as an QA. They even dared to ask me tax id, which I am really sure is not needed to pay for the work I did for them. Also they promised to send reports to an email, but guess what - No report from them. When the payment was missing and I was asking questions about it, they kicked me out of whatsapp group. They said that I should write emails to get their answer. But still to this day I have not received any reply. Also I am not sure how much amount they should pay, as they did not provide full report about the work I did. I am really sad that I wasted time on this. I hope this company will fail soon and the main boss will be responsibe for the actions that she did. God will not forgive you. :)

Languaspire is not paying salary for 2 projects

Did my work, and expected my salary in a timely matter, however, haven't received anything. Sent an email with the invoice yet zero response.

The funny thing is there were no issues during the project, only after it finished there were suddenly MAJOR issues on our, freelancers' part. Terrible communication and zero responsibility from "management".

Also, we, freelancers don't care about your inner issues and drama. Behave like adults and sort it out yourselves.

Agree with my collegues

Agree with my collegues - there are scammers ir big international afera. At end of project when You need to become largest part of salarie, started unprofessional communication, after all- absolutely ignorance and no answers to e-mails, they even tried to split our team. The worst thing is that not only a large part of the Latvian team suffered, but also those involved in other countries' projects. I call to EVERY ONE whose hard work and spended time remain unpaid turn to authorities or police. There is a big workfield for authorities! You are not slaves, You did hard work and all its unfair!

Scammers

Scammers! Don't work for them! Disgusting scammers, the company consists of one married couple who never pay out the money. When it's time for payment, the so called company owner Zsuzsanna simply disappears, no e-mails are answered, some ridiculous excuses from her. Just appalling. Please don't ever work for them, you will just lose your money.

As per your freelancer work, as much as you did acceptable work for us, harassment, telling lies online and trying to personally intimidate any of your former clients openly, doesn’t give a good impression of you as a freelancer, and we suggest your future clients to be aware of this issue.

A good opportunity

This company has not paid me yet, 70 days after completed task

This company hires freelancers/gigworkers for small from-home jobs. This is all well and good but in my case they have not replied to any emails, my calls go unanswered but sometimes they reply to me on Facebook messenger (2 replies so far). We are now 70 days past completing my task, 25 days over due for my payment and still nothing. Couple of weeks ago I was promised a payment on 3/11 but still nothing.

If they pay I will update this review and consider them for the future, until that time: Stay clear, just to be safe.

This company is fake

Update 17.11.2022- You wrote me answer here that you send me request to provide invoice. That would be nice if you actually send me something.. Because i DO NOT have anything in my mailbox. Please actually send me the email!

Seems that this company is working to answer reviews, not emails.
4th of November i sent email ✉️ and regarding their promises i should get answer in max 3 working days time. As i wrote email in the morning i count that as first working day. Today is 4th working day, but still- only answer i see is here- to my review. The answer is full of false exclamations. If you- Languagespire team want me to change my statement here- please contact me according your promises!!!

I sent you PayPal invoice almost 30h ago. I understand that it was Sunday,so i was expecting answer this morning,but to my several emails(since last week Thursday)- i did not received any answer. I will expect email from you with explanation which contract point i breached! Cause i could send you several points of contract breaching by your side. I did not mentioned anyones name or private information l. I did not added confidential information from project here, so please.. Stop this false information.

This company is fake in everything they offer.
First when i started work on their project, communication was smooth and even sweet. Had feeling that support is available almost 24/7.
When project ended the real nature came out. Empty promises one after the other.
I finished project end of September and first promise was that 10-15th of October will get paid. It doesn't happened. They made up several excuses and next promised date was 3rd of November. But, oh, what a surprise - nothing came into my account. They even deared to say that payment has been sent but till now- there's nothing at all. They started to bring up issue of invoice (which was not mentioned in contract). I sent them invoice as per request - nothing changed, still my pocket is empty. All the paymentsl information from my side is valid and there's no reasonable issue for payment to be delayed. And all the excuses that will come up here- while i will not see balance on my account for the job i did- i will not change a word in my review statement

You sent us an invoice 4 hours ago and for an amount that doesn’t correspond with the amount you earned, in fact, way higher, furthermore your invoice doesn’t contain your tax number or tax ID.

Please note, you signed a freelancer contract. The nature of the contract conditions requires you to be a registered freelancer and you have to be able to invoice, it does not need to be mentioned in the contract. The PayPal invoice you sent does contain the details that are required by EU law, furthermore, as mentioned, the amount doesn’t match with the report.

Please wait for the report and issue the invoice accordingly. Finance is reaching out separately to everyone, and since you already left a review, breached your agreement of confidentiality, please do not expect to be prioritized in the process, also we will look into the contract and the confidentiality breach consequences further.

Edit: Linda, we do not want you to change your review. Please feel free to keep it up, as you’ve been informed that we have to review everyone’s quality one by one. Sending invoices without tax ID and other verification, for amounts you think might be correct is not going to make the process faster. Same goes for reviews. In fact; we first try to prioritize the colleagues who showed genuine understanding and interest in their quality of work, and tried to cooperate with us to solve this situation.

UPDATE: we sent you a request to provide us a PDF invoice with the amount you earned. Please update your review accordingly and send us the invoice as requested by finance.

What a waste of my time and efforts

What a waste of my time and efforts. I was supposed to get payed on third of November. They just cut all communication with me and no payment, no report on what they owe me. It was a very tiny amount of money I was making there to start with, below minimum wages, and they didn’t even pay that. I wouldn’t recommend working with them, as they are just exploiting people and not paying them.

Still no payment after sending invoice

UPDATE: sure. You delay payment for two weeks after telling everybody that they are made but “problematic parts” in freelancers reviews are the biggest issue 😂 good luck, when I receive payment I will wrote everything here about my experience with you :) have a nice evening 🌸

no payment, no answers, not blocked just ignored on whatsapp.
sloppy and rude work ethics. Ignores contract conditions, no respect for non-staff employees. It is not about the amount not paid, it is about the principle. Week later- still nothing. No one has contacted me, still no answers to emails. I can send invoice but I don’t have any details or even some kind of report about money earned.
There is nothing in the contract about me having to send an invoice to get paid. I am not added to any of the staff chats which provide information on what is happening with the workload and pay, even after repeated requests.
I have sent invoice few minutes after request yesterday. No one opened that more than 24 hours.

Nobody is blocked on Whatsapp expect 2 people who were abusive. The whole team was informed about the change and the reason of the change in communication.

I assume, as a freelancer, you’re aware that minimum wage is not something freelancers are entitled to, as freelancers are paid by valid work provided. Unfortunately, at the closure of the project it turned out that incredible amount of invalid work was submitted, so clearly, we can’t pay for that and that’s in our contract clearly.

Second thing, since you’re mentioning sloppy work ethics, we received 3 (!) valid invoices from the team, our finance is reaching out to people individually to request further personal information and inform them about the invoice amount they should issue. Many people didn’t provide us with valid personal information and considering the issues with quality and the harassment that’s been going on against our staff, we do insist on both personal information check and freelance invoice in the future, as unfortunately our flexibility didn’t work out because of a small number of team members. Over 100 people got paid during the project, at the value of about 10k+ EURs, so we absolutely reject being accused of non-payment.

Once again, our finance is reaching out to people between Monday to Friday, please keep an eye on your emails. I am sure they’ll get you shorty.


Update; we do not sent read receipts on our emails, however now I can confirm that we received your invoice. If it’s all correct, your payment will arrive at the deadline, or in any other case, we’ll be in touch.

Your review contains quite a few incorrect and false information. While we can’t change how you feel about your experience and we would not like to, at the same time we can’t accept false information being shared, so we report the problematic parts to Trustpilot.

Company is not paying

Company is not paying, I spent a lot of hours working on their project, and for now they are not answering Emails, messages ucc. Also me and other frelancers who was not payed receive just a threats from them, that money will not come and no one will speak with us because - quote "Also, management decision was made, that from now on we do not accept private messages and messages here. Reason being, a person from one of the Latvian groups was extremely abusive towards management & other staff via private messages, and this is something we cannot keep up any further. " quote.
I have all the screenshots and evidence , Do not trust them. this review will be updated if something will chnage.

Update- the only way the company communicates is replying to bad reviews here, still no answer on email to any of freelancers. Their boss Zsuzsanna Kasa is extremely helpful while u are working on them, once u are done she disappears.

You’ll get reply as soon as our finance will get to your payment. They’re reviewing each and every freelancer individually. They’ll send you the details where we are expecting your freelance invoice and business details and we process accordingly. They’ll also send you report of your work.

As you mentioned, we suspended instant messaging due to a member of your team sending extremely abusive messages to private phone numbers of staff and supervisors. This has been escalated to authorities as well, and as per the advice we got, we will no longer process payment without invoice and proper identity verification.

We were extremely flexible, both about the quantity of work and the business status of the freelancers, trusting that everyone provided us with valid details, but unfortunately that is not the case. We got incredible amount of invalid work, together with harassment (prior to pay day, just to mention), many freelancers, especially the ones with PayPal as payment method did not provide us with their real information.

I do understand your anger and disappointment and I apologize for that. It goes both ways, we also did not expect this much invalid work, threats, and fake personal information from “freelancers”. I can assure you if your business status and personal details are in order, you’ll get paid shortly. As of now the people who are in direct contact with us are being informed, instead of the ones who took our internal business information and affairs to this platform, but I am sure we will get to you shortly.

Edit; It is Saturday evening, I am not sure how many companies would reply you in the middle of the night. And as you might know, reviews and finance are handled by two different teams. Furthermore, Ina, it’s not nice to call out employees by name here, we try to respect your personal information as much as possible. We have to report your review unfortunately.

SCAM - No payment, no answer to my messgaes

I did voice recording job for this company.
They did not answer to any of my emails, any of my calls or whatsapp messages.
Promised to pay on 03/11, but i received nothing. They don't even have my banking details.
They keep offering promises in facebook comments, but so far they have been empty promises.
I will update the review, if they fulfil their contract obligations.

If you haven’t got this or haven’t filled it in, please check your emails and do it now, as we can’t process your payment on time without this. If you still can’t find the email, please send the bank details via email to finance@languagespire.com

If you have completed the task less than 45 days ago, please do wait until the payment is due, before accusing us with breaching the contract.

Also, it worth to mention that the only channel you reach out us on Facebook comments. I mean, you could have actually emailed us, or send us message via FB/Whatsapp, etc.

Furthermore, by “keep offering promises” you mean that we replied to you via a channel that is not even appropriate method of contact and informed you about the upcoming payment date?

Scam warning. I did readings in Norwegian

I did readings in Norwegian, but when it was uploaded they just disappeared and would not talk anymore. No money for the work received.

Added the 4th of November: No pay received. They promised to fix things by Nov 3rd, but didn't. The conversation with support was appalling.
