No confirmation email on order

Ordered a brake system for my X3000-plus yet I got no confirmation email or tracking number for my order yet payment went through instantly. Very very slow replies and yet to get any confirmation a week after ordering.

And we had also sent email to you to explain that.

I purchased a mg740 plus way back in…

I purchased a mg740 plus way back in 2022 from a dealership in London. The bike arrived a few weeks later due to waiting for new stock to come in. The bike arrived in perfect condition & the assembly took around 20 minutes, fitting the front wheel, straightening handlebars etc. The 48v 20ah (Samsung cells) isn't bad either. My beef with Lankeleisi started when I ordered a rear rack. They sent me a universal rack, something you can buy on ebay for twenty pounds. In fact I ordered one from ebay to compare & it was the same rack, but where ebay had only charged me twenty pounds, lankeleisi charged me ninety nine pounds & then refused to refund me. I recently saw an ad form the European side of the company advertising rear racks for my bike (99 euros) so I contacted them & asked if it was a genuine rack & not one of these universal ones from ebay & guess what they blanked me. I went back to the bike dealers (funzone) & asked them if they could get me a rack & guess what, they've also blanked me. The chain fitted to the bike (KMC) is over forty pounds on the lankeleisi website so I checked the price by emailing KMC themselves. They emailed me back & told me that the chain fitted to my bike has a recommended retail price between six & seven pounds & they didn't recommend using this for an ebike. The change length was 120 links & KMC recommended 116 links & a suitable chain for ebike's, which only cost twenty six pounds. Lankeleisi is a dreadful company to deal with & there's plenty of other brands that are using the same hubs in various sizes 20" 24" 26". Then theres the awful dyisland brakes & that cheap as chips handlebar riser/stem. The saddle is huge & impedes your riding, so that was the first thing to go. These bikes are assembled either in China, Taiwan or Asia & can be ordered in various configurations & then the name of the company is applied, so all in all, nothing very special & to end this Avoid at all costs
