Big con! No sign of my order and number listed on website goes straight to VM and no response to my emails!!

Ordered shoes from Alpha Walk which is same company owned by HSTLR .. wish I'd looked into it first. . company name days it all.. Hustler!!! Order 4 weeks ago, no sign, and no reply from mobile. Apparently works out of Covent Gardens .. doubt if I'll get refund. £80 gone with the wind!! 🤬...

Ordered shoes, delivery being quoted as 5-8 days. It’s now 14 days and no sign of shoes, also all advertising on Facebook has stopped.

With all these appalling experiences customers have had isn’t there some way we can all club together & get results?!
I’ve threatened Markj with the Ombudsman with no success.

Well I SO wish I had read these reviews before buying from this Company!
First time I have ever ordered through an ad on FaceBook & will be the last.
Same as previous reviewers I ordered the blue hoodie & also the necklace shown with it.
Dreadful quality knit, necklace nothing like the photo.
Told to return to China which I did - in Oct last year.
Still no refund & no reply from Markj the ‘customer service’ representative for Lanovavida.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

Appalling customer service!!!.... i returned a hooded sweater (at great expense as i returned it to China) for a larger size. I have bever received the replacement sweater and despite 5 emails sent to them, I have never had the courtesy of a rèply from this company. I would not recommend shopping with this company.

I ordered a jumper in October and still haven't received it or heard from the company.
Absolutely disgusting and it wasn't cheap

I brought a jumper back in November. It was nothing like what I expected. I returned to the address they gave me in China. I thought this company was based on UK as it gives a UK address with a UK mobile number which never answers. I've been emailing and ringing with no luck. Spent £15 to return to China, still waiting for a reply. If dont hear back from them in the new year I will take this up with trading standards. What a farce

Lanovavida is not worth saying, totally disgusted with the quality of a jumper I purchased from this so called company, I thought I was good at spotting con artists... I was wrong 😑 I had the same experience with everyone, however, I had to pay £15 special delivery to send my parcel back to China to a Mark j who is obviously non existent, I feel really disappointed with myself for being caught out, wish I had listened to my daughters, as it goes you never to old to learn, my jumper that doesn’t exit cost me £39. I honestly don’t understand how people can be so evil... that is why I really believe in the Bible .. which explains good and evil... because evil does exist. NEVER BUY FROM COMPANIES THAT ARE NOT FAMILIAR TO U.. I’m sure this Lanovavida made millions from honest people like us. They will reap what they sow.

Absolute rubbish..£24.95 jumper took ages to arrive and when it did it looked nothing like the picture..wool was flat and shiny ..cheap....tried it on and its now in the bin..the wool used is so bad u cant get creases out..i would not buy again..

I really wished that I had looked at reviews prior to my purchase. Yes, all has already been said. A very long wait for sub standard item / not as described to arrive from China. No response to refund/return email so sent it to the UK address. Still awaiting response/refund. Not optimistic. Order was placed in October. Awful, just awful

I like many other people purchased a chunky hooded jumper from this website and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive...I knew as soon as I received the parcel from the postman that it was going to be a load of tat! I had emailed the website asking where my jumper was as time was going on...he told me that it was on its way and sent me a tracking number...I was gobsmacked to find out that it was coming directly from China! Disgusting! This website claim to be a UK based company but it is not! I contacted the address on the website by email and spoke to them and they said they were a virtual postal address for the company. I had an email from Lanovavida who told me to return the jumper back to China! Disgusting how people are falling for the clothes on this website. I wouldn’t clean the floor with this jumper it is awful! Nothing like the photographs. I saw this ad on Instagram ....I will never buy from any adverts that come up on Instagram again!

completely agree. jumper is cheap and nasty and I wouldn't even hand into a charity shop its so bad. They ignore emails and I'm absolutely raging that they are still on the go doing this. Like everyone else, I carefully decide what I'm buying when it's advertised on Facebook. Only afterward do you realize it's coming from China. Cheap rubbish. So thin, colour terrible, overpriced and cannot contact them to return. AVOID

My wife asked me to buy her a jumper for xmas from their website which looked quite good with some quite bespoke looking knitwear at reasonable prices .. it looked like a London company so I ordered it paying the £25.00 offer price .. it came 3 and a half weeks later and looked nothing like the photo !! it was as if it was somebodys first attempt at knitting using the cheapest wool you could find .. awful ..no label on it .. if it was in a charity shop for a quid I wouldnt buy it .. so went to the returns policy .. said to send back at own cost !!.. sent email as it asked and rang the number .. no answer ..voicemail .. eventually they replied to email asking me to send back to an address in CHINA .. the cheapest courier was £24.00 .. absolute joke .. these people are fraudsters .. wish I had checked with trust pilot .. have now signed up to write this review

Never ever buy from here. The promote they are based in uk and wales.. but after you order you receive an email saying post is from china. Jumpers are more like t shirts they are so thin.. colours not like advised.. something you wouldnt pay £5 for a the local market let alone £50 for 2... no responses to emails.. I'm devastated in these hard hard times that's I've been robbed!!

Received my sweater after 2-3 weeks but needed to return it as far too small, for refund. After emailing as per website instructions, 3 days later I had an email giving me a Chinese address. Con men. Waiting for further instructions and a refund if ever! Never again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, after 5 weeks recieved 2 jumpers that were nothing like the photos when ordered, material only fit for the bin, Do Not Buy From This Company!!!!!! DREADFUL

CON ....goods never received, cant contact this company...blame lies with facebook as thats how it came to my attention. Maybe they should take ownership/ responsibility ?
AVOID ...and dont trust facebook advertising unless you have money to waste.
