SCAM ALERT: WARNING—Lapak Gaming Stole My Money and Provided FAKE Refund Proof. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This review is a critical warning to anyone considering a purchase from Lapak Gaming: DO NOT TRUST THEM with your money. My experience shows a clear pattern of incompetence, deliberate stalling, and potentially fraudulent behavior.
I made a simple purchase for MLBB diamonds via Grab Paynow, and the transaction failed shortly on their end. However, the money was successfully debited from my account. Since then, I have been locked into an exhaustive and disrespectful refund chase.
The Deliberate Runaround
Over the course of several days, I initiated four separate WhatsApp chats seeking assistance. Each time, I was given a slow, dismissive response and a new, extended timeline for refund funds to be credited: first 5 working days, then 14 days, after the original period had already elapsed. Their support team clearly operates on a strategy of stalling and hoping the customer gives up.
The Fraudulent Activity
The most alarming part of this ordeal is Lapak Gaming’s attempt to deceive me. They eventually sent "proof" of the refund being processed. I took this proof directly to Grab's finance support team, and the result was damning: Grab confirmed that no such refund was ever detected or received.
This means Lapak Gaming knowingly provided fabricated evidence and explicitly lied to me about the status of my stolen funds. This is not poor customer service; this is deceptive business practice.
Final Warning to New Buyers
Lapak Gaming's support is slow, non-committal, and shows a profound lack of integrity. If your transaction fails, be prepared to lose your money and waste hours chasing lies. I am now working directly with Grab finance support to forcefully retrieve my refund, which is the only reason I have any hope left.
If you are contemplating using Lapak Gaming, understand that you are putting your funds at extreme risk. Go anywhere else.
