Laptop Repair
We are a local IT company. We called "Lapfix" and spoke to you, described very specifically what the fix was and what had been done.
We took the time to speak to you so this would not happen.
Now you have waisted our time, our money and made us look bad in front of our client, maybe loosing his business.
We spoke very clearly, describing everything and you, told us to send it in.
Now, after we spent $60 on shipping you send this "copy paste" reply??!
Why didnt you say this to us over the phone?!
They sent the following email:
"Per our policy we do not work on boards or hard drives that have been already opened, worked on or attempt to repair."
P.S
in the forms we sent in with the laptop, we described what we had discussed over the phone, we wrote, "there was no previous work done on the laptop besides testing positive current to the DC jack."
