I would give them no stars if I could. Ordered May 14th, customer service emails do not work, no product was ever sent, can’t track package because ai never got an order number just a reference number and worse yet my bank won’t refund my money. Don’t do business with Key Bank either. They will not refund you even when you prove you been scammed. There is no pants, just a scammer stealing your money.

And another no delivery on products ordered. I ordered the pack of pants on May 9, 2025, and here it is the middle of June, no pants. I'm pretty sure there will never be pants delivery.

I ordered the linens pants on this site on May 7th and here it is June 7th and no package delivery.
I was sent a site for customer support and it was an address online that didn’t work.
Customer Service option on site doesn’t work either.

Disappointed and wanted to share, please be careful ordering anything advertised on FB a lot of these are total scam.

I placed an order on May 3. I received an order confirmation, and the payment was processed. Two weeks later, I had still not received the shipping confirmation or details, and, according to their website, I should have already received the actual order within that timeframe. I emailed the support email on their website and received a bounceback because the email did not exist. I tried that twice, and got a bounceback each time. I tried to dispute from the confirmation email that they sent, because there was an option for that. I received confirmation of the dispute being received, but, after three weeks, the status remains at 'processing' with no further updates. I ended up disputing with my credit card company and getting my money back.

Damn!!!! I purchased these on May 2. I got a confirmation looked it up and says I never bought anything… I should’ve looked and should’ve known it was a scam!! These pants were so cute now I gotta go through the process of getting my money back!! We need to do better from these scam artist so pissed !!!😡

If you have bought clothes from this company you need to change your card info asap!
Those pants you bought will never arrive. The email contact for support does not exist and the tracking system they use is fake.

Aw, I am so disappointed. I really wanted the pants, but they never arrived. When I ordered, I received an order number and then a shipping number that I could track on the web page track718.eu. I followed the tracking from China to Canada and then to my home, except I never received a package. I'd like to give them a zero if that was an option. It's definitely a scam.

I was sent an email confirmation with a reference number that isn't useful for anything. The website claims to have a 24/7 customer service line but provides no phone number. I emailed them at the email address on their website. No response. I filed a claim with the link located in the order confirmation email. The website took my money immediately but never provided the pants I paid for. This is a scam and I wish they were stopped.

Ordered these pants and got an email with a confirmation number. But when I tried to track my order it tells me tracking number is invalid. I’m starting to think this was a scam and now I have to try to get my money back.

If I could rate a zero, I would. Saw these pants and thought they were real cute. Went ahead and ordered them. I should have been more careful and looked them up, but I didn’t. They sent a confirmation with numbers that can’t be used to track the order and when I sent an email to the contact info, it bounced back. They have not responded to any message at all. More than likely a scam. Boo because I wanted those cute pants.
