What a great company to deal with. I found their customer service excellent. I had to return an item and it seems it was my problem doing the earring up, not a fault with the earring! I emailed them and within 20 minutes had a reply expressing regret for my problem and offering to sort it out asap, which they did with frequent updates. I received my replacement earrings today (the others were posted Saturday) and I will definitely make sure I clip them in properly. Thank you so much Lapis and I loved the handwritten note, such a lovely touch. My 70th birthday present is once more restored.
