Misleading "1 Year Warranty" policy
Their policy of "We offer 12 months warranty on our all batteries! During this period, if your battery fails, we will replace your battery with a new one." which is plastered on the main page is misleading. Be very aware of their "Tiered Warranty Coverage" before you purchase. The battery I purchased suffered a major failure within 12 months and the customer representative would only offer me a partial rebate off my next purhase.

These Batteries arrive within a week or a few day's more about $10 dearer than direct from China BUTT if you want them promptly its well worth the extra chinesium direct 3 to 5 weeks.These are very well packaged.also packaging is as waterproof as i can see and have experienced especially as it's going on winter.Very happy with both deliveries.
