replacement battery fit like the original and works as expected
asus does not sell oem batteries. crossed my fingers and ordered the replacement laptopbatteriesdirect listed for my laptop. installed easily. the only minor annoyance is DHL shipping, which uses the local post office for delivery to the final address. that means (at my post office) an extra week and no way to track it. any order from november to january will be lost in my post office for months due to holiday backlog. luckily in june it only added a week. i would prefer any business shipping to a local post office make that obvious at order time and perhaps offer a direct shipment for an additional fee.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery for my laptop. I contacted the company immediately, explained my error, and got a immediate response back. They informed me of the proper battery, and after I sent back the wrong battery, they sent me the proper battery along with a refund of the difference in cost, since the battery I originally ordered cost more. All this was done with a quick turnaround and very professional and pleasant email correspondence.

Laptop battery is still in the box
Laptop battery is still in the box. Requested an RMA for over 3 months never any response from the company. It is a scam they load data encryption spyware onto your computer and hold you ransom.

Uhhh. No. LTBD will not accept return without an RMA, additionally they donot have a return address on the box nor an American address in Customer Service, ONLY Hong Kong address.

Ships from China, not CA. 3 weeks in transit and still not yet received.
The company claims they have a warehouse in California. They shipped from China, and it has already been 3 weeks in transit and I still have not received the laptop battery. 'Think I'm aggravated?
UPDATE: Now 6½ weeks and still no delivery. Worse, they send Emails telling me I'm under obligation to go and pick the item up (no address supplied, and not part of any known agreement). Scammers. I got credit from my card company. These characters seem to know how to slide through the cracks to accomplish their mischief.

HP Mini Availabilitu
It was great to find the exact match for a very old mini computer. It was a perfect replacement. The only complaint I can offer is delivery time. Perhaps this was just US mail. It took ten days after the battery arrived in the US for it to be delivered. That seems a bit long.

Simple and Straightforward
I found the delivery time was great and the installation seemed straightforward. Without experience in opening laptops, I was a little apprehensive. Once I dissasembled the laptop, (and attempting to keep track of all the pieces) I was able to replace the battery in about 15 minutes. I will not hesitate to refer people to you folks. Thank you.

Replaced my 3 year old Asus laptop…
Replaced my 3 year old Asus laptop battery. The replacement works great and came with the small philips head driver and T5 torx driver that was needed for the install. It took me about 15 minutes total. I am very happy with the product.

The battery was delivered in the time…
The battery was delivered in the time frame stated. Once I got the bottom cover off my HP Laptop the old battery came out and the new one went in with absolutely no trouble. Put the cover back on and put it on charge for an hour. My laptop started right up with no problem. Thanks.
