Company make product return extremely complicated
I purchased the correct laptop battery. It did not charge. I discharged the computer as directed. My charger worked on the old battery. The charger worked on the old battery when I put the old battery back in.
I followed all instructions they gave... cleaned the contacts, giggled the battery, all kinds of things a new battery that was checked prior to sending should not be required. They continue to ask for pictures and VIDEO, of what I am doing...This is crazy. I am trying to send the batter back so they can check it at their shop but they refuse to receive it until I send pictures and videos of what I am doing. Never purchase from this company!

Got exactly what I was looking for
I found this website through a web search and just placed the order without thinking. Then I searched around online a bit for reviews (even though it was a bit late for that!) and got worried when I read so many bad reviews. But I got exactly what I was looking for--a replacement battery for my son's Acer laptop. They sent a link after I ordered so I could track the package, which was nice. It took a while, but that was mostly because it seemed to be stuck at a port in LA (thanks supply chain bottleneck!). It came with two little screwdrivers which we used to disassemble the laptop and replace the battery. The new one is in now and it is working great!

I was warned that due to COVID it may take up to a month for the battery to be even dispatched (and it did), but having that in mind everything else in my transaction was excellent. AFAIK they even pre-paid VAT so the package wasn't held by customs. Thank you for that!
