Exchanged my previous laptop (brought to be fixed) for a supposedly improved fully refurbished same model laptop... without my consent
Worse laptop i ever owned!!

For me, repairing my macbook has always been a source of stress and anxiety because i depend on it for my work. Laptop clinic was the first place i ever went too that completely eliminated that sense of stress. I really felt taking care of. The place is just pure professionalism.
I went in thinking i needed a battery replacement for several thousand kroner but after a fail-search the staff figured out that i had a faulty cable. Furthermore, they took the time to search for any other issues and explained everything so clearly that a dummie like me could understand what was going on. The fail-search did cost 800SEK, but it was worth every krone as i avoided having to replace an expensive battery.
So all in all
-Incredible service compared to other repair services in both Denmark and Sweden.
-The shop saved me a couple of thousand
-The people working there seem to actually care about their costumers, which is a first for me.
I would have given them 10 stars if i could.
