what a joke. their videos have NO relation to the replacement you receive. The parts look very different and the videos are just some generic "fix it". They didn't even have the correct key so they pasted a letter over the key they sent me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BOZO'S

Don't confuse the website "Laptopkey.com", the good one that does fulfill the orders and has a BLUE ROTATING ARROW to the left of its logo, with "LaptopkeyS.com" or other pages with similar names that are the ones that have complaints.

18 days ago, I had ordered the "Numberpad 4" and "Num Lock" keys at "Laptopkey.com" (without the S) for the first time from Peru for my Asus N551JK, and today both correct keys arrived at my house in my country without any problem (each one includes the 3 parts that are indicated on the web). I just installed them on my Laptop and they work fine, although they have a slightly different silver color than the original keys, but it's barely noticeable.

So I highly recommend them, even if you are from countries other than the USA, since at least my keys arrived at my house in Peru in 18 days without any problems.

P.S. There was even an error in the shipping address when I placed the order, so I contacted them, and they corrected it in less than 5 hours.

Service was great. Issue with parts but sure it was my error. Contacted support and reply was fast.

the keys work fine on my keyboard! i ordered a power key and a page down key that i broke off. unfortunately for me, the hinge of the power key broke in the exact spot my original key broke. im assuming its just a flaw in the way the hinge was originally designed but its a bit annoying that its a bit loose, although it is technically my fault. it was also a bit tricky to figure out how to actually get the key in even with tutorials provided on the website. but either way, these keys worked perfectly fine and will serve their purpose. hopefully wont need to buy new replacements for them (or any other keys) but if i do, i'll probably return to laptopkey for new keys. (also it came a LOT quicker than they said it would, so thats great :D)
forgot to mention that the customer service was a bit slow as well. they stated they'd reply within 5-10 minutes but most of the emails between me and their email were decently slow (between 8 hours and 2 days depending, even if i sent the email earlier or later in the day)

Genuine website with great customer support and service.

I emailed them photos of my keyboard and within three days my four new keys are installed and working perfectly.
NOTE I had a bad experience with replacementlaptopkeys. Twice I ordered keys from them, both times the ones they sent didn't fit. They would not reply to my calls or emails for a return/refund.

I don't know what key to order so i emailed them. They helped choose the correct key and now my keyboard is good as new. I'm so happy

Absolute disgusting experience. You should not be listing keys on the website if they are unavailable. I bought a single key cap and they returned me with the 'unavailable' email. They then have the audacity offer me a full keyboard to buy instead and there is no refund option at all. Stealing your money at its finest. Absolutely disgusting.

I was impressed with the customer service at laptopkey.com! I was having trouble figuring out what laptop key to order online for my laptop, so I was relieved to learn I could email laptopkey.com to verify the correct key. The first time my key arrived, the hinge came intact but the key itself was broken. They mailed me a new one without charge. I'm thrilled to having a working key again - thank you laptopkey.com!

I was a bit anxious because of the bad reviews here, but I was able to receive the 2 keys I ordered in one week, and they fit perfectly. It's a bit expensive but I wasn't able to find key corresponding to my computer model anywhere else.
Very happy to be able to use my N key again !

Ordered and paid for a key for over a month ago. Still no key, and no answers from customers service.

Awful. The BEST thing I can say about this website is the shipping time. The instructional videos are in Spanish and I can't make anything out, the pictures on the website to indicate the key brackets are a pain to decipher, so you have to just HOPE it works out somehow, and the actual process itself is so tedious I got better use using tape. There's no way to get a refund if you've opened the packet. I spent ten bucks on plastic I can't even use.

ordered a keyboard, the part came in broken and bent. took 3-4 days for customer service to get back to me to RMA it. When I did get the RMA (almost 2 weeks later) the part was broken and missing a key. i would not recommend this company to anyone. there was no phone number to contact them either.

I'm from Italy, I ordered a key in April 3rd and it arrived after 11 days (shipping is from USA), the key requested is correct, I'm satisfied.

I've ordered a "W" key needed for my laptop and I was notified that the product wasn't available during this time and told me that they could get a compatible key to replace it. Ok no problem there and I accepted that offer. 2 days later I get notified that "we're out of the compatible keys for your laptop and we only sell the hinges". Here's the thing (I highly doubt you're going to listen to this review), if you're going to provide a specific key/hinge/rubbercup for the respective laptop/computer on your website, make sure it's actually there. If not then put a "product unavailable at this time" so that the customers don't waste their time. Obvious the last option was what pissed me off the most. And I quote, "We can sell you a brand new keyboard for $88.88 + shipping (price is only for US keyboard layout, price differ for other keyboard languages)". You're telling me you have a new keyboard but you can't sell a single key? I'm lost for words.
