had a very disappointing experience with Dent Lara City. The service was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The staff seemed disorganized, communication was poor, and I did not feel that proper care or attention was given during my appointment.

The dentist rushed through the procedure and did not clearly explain the treatment or possible risks. I left feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the quality of the work that was done. For a dental clinic, trust and professionalism are extremely important, and unfortunately I experienced neither here.

Customer service was also very poor. When I tried to raise my concerns, they were dismissed rather than addressed properly. It felt like once the payment was taken, patient care was no longer a priority.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this clinic. There are many dental clinics that value patient care and transparency — unfortunately this was not one of them.

Took my uncle who is very happy with teeth. Service great, respond to you quickly. All good.

Was very apprehensive…..I needn’t have been……had full mouth implants a lot of extractions and never had any pain or problems…..cleaner and more sophisticated than any dentist in Britain…..would recommend to anyone…..fantastic service

At Lara city clinic the staff make you feel at ease and very welcome, this was a huge relief as flying over from the UK felt very daunting, this personally made my nerves disappear. The hair transplant took just over 7 hours, however when sitting through the operation I can happily say that the time flew past, I’d love to thank everyone at Lara city clinic for doing such a fantastic job and for making my confidence come back, I highly recommend visiting Lara city clinic if you’re think about having any cosmetic treatment as they offer everything you could possibly ever want or need

I had my hair transplant done at Laracity Clinic. From the first contact with Ahmet the communication was always clear and the offered price for the procedure was reasonable. The hair transplant procedure took one day and was completely painless. The team continues to follow up on me and monitor the recovery process.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with Laracity Clinic.

When first arriving at Lara, I did not know what to expect. I would have been lying to say the least, that I was not nervous. However from the first time we meet Huseyin , he took us through our journey from the moment we arrived and guided us throughout until the end. What was going to be a unknown journey, turned out to be a short holiday as well with no pain or pressure. Highly recommended with 10/10 results. Feel like I now have an overseas Turkish family.

I never planned on having my teeth done ever! I came to support my mum who was having hers done and while I was in Turkey with her I came and spoke to the team about mine, I thought why not as I had composite bonding on mine and wasn’t happy with them. After speaking with the team here and them giving me their honest opinion without any pressure whatsoever and seeing other patients with their new teeth in their reception, it honestly blew me away and I couldn’t not then have mine done! All done in 3 days - wow, never known such a professional service, but also caring. They look after you ever step of the way and work tirelessly to care for every patient. What an amazing team. I can honestly say, it has changed my life. I now have a beautiful smile which in turn makes me feel beautiful!

From beginning to end i was looked after ,staff were very friendly and always willing to explain and help me with any of my questions .My treatment has finished now ive had 8implants with crowns and i can honestly say im well happy with the results .After years of being embarrassed to smile i can now smile with confidence. This is my second visit and the end of my treatment. I have implants and crowns on my existing teeth. The end results are amazing and well worth going through all the treatment. All the staff are wonderful,professional, caring and considerate and provided all these qualities to both myself and my wife during my visits. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for treatment carried out with confidence and an end result you can be proud of.

Hello, I will start by saying that I had a great fear, a great fear to reach this step. I mean the ones from the clinic where I had Dent Laracity dental implants a year ago. I went back to them for my nose surgery because I felt like I was with my family. The nose surgery was super easy, I had no pain, I didn't feel anything, the tampons were removed without me realizing it. I can breathe, I can be more confident, everything turned out perfectly. I can say that I have a nose with a natural shape as I asked for it to be. Thanks to everyone who stood by me

Not long got back after my second visit to Dent Laracity! Firstly the transport and hotel accommodation was perfect. Dam hotel was small but friendly, and everyone who stays there is having dental treatment so you make friends easily. Hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the clinic which was perfect. Secondly i am probably the worst patient in the world but Dr Elif was very patient with me and went out of her way to make sure everything was ok. My smile is now perfect so can't thank her enough. Also Bilge is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Thanks again.
