First, I didn’t receive 3 of the correct items. They sent different style of bracelet. The 2 items I ordered didn’t look anything like the ad. The butterfly ring was cheaply made with a gap in the ring like it was adjustable. It had spots of paint for the flowers and butterflies. The earrings were the same way looked like jewelry you get in a penny machine. It wasn’t worth over a $100, more like $10 for the whole bunch. They wanted me to ship it back at my own expense which would have cost more than $100. BTW, they indicated on the site, her work shop was in the states not overseas. This is why it took over 2 weeks to receive the order. I avoid purchasing items from China for many reasons. To get a refund, I had to open a dispute with my CC company. These people needs to banished from selling in the USA & on the Meta platform.

Poor quality, tried to get a refund and they make it as hard as possible. First offering 10% back, then 20% back or reduced rate on more cheap jewelry. Then when i said i just wanted to return it, gave me an address in CHINA to send it back to! Not to mention that I would have to pay the shipping and customs which would be more costly than what i originally paid for the items. The items were originally shipped from a location in California, so this is obviously just a cash grab as, the items are literally junk store material that you pay hugely inflated prices on. They force you to keep it and still get a profit, even if they give you 10 or 20% back; as no one in their right mind will ship their items to China.

I place an order and one ring was duplicated. When I received the products it looked like jewelry from 5 below.. very poor quality. It took several attempts to get a return address. You have to return the items to China. When to took them to return to China it was going to be over $50.00 to return 5 pieces of jewelry. I got refund of 4.67 for a 25.00 ring. My husband said it took 7weeks for refund of purchase he sent to China. Don't be fooled the jewelry is junk. If i could rate a ZERO I WOULD...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Tried to stop shipment b4 they even shipped it but got runaround return email. The LAW ought to be brought down on these people. Scum like these need jail time not retirement. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM HERE!!! Disgusting scam. Plus the junk is from CHINA, our enemy. Take their biz away and make it impossible for them to do more harm. Also on website claims she handicrafts the stuff!!! Outragous.

I found all the pieces I purchased just as described. I love all the pieces. I've ordered twice and I am making another order now.

Never buy from this company! It's a scam. They sent me the wrong item and then expected me to pay them to return it! I will never buy from this company again and suggest you don't either!

This is my experience. I ordered a ring on 8/24/25. After not receiving it in the allotted time frame of 13 days, I emailed them. Oh it will be there in 15 days, then nothing
19 days, "be patient". The USPS tracking said it was in LA. Days & days went by, still stuck In LA
When I questioned,where this jewelry was coming from, was told a wearhouse in China. Not a little old lady designing in her workshop
Early on I asked if this was a scam; was told no. I disputed the charge on my credit card & was told to wait a little longer until my ring arrived but I already started the dispute & had my local PO start an investigation. What a mind f______ scam! Today is day 19 & still stuck in LA. I will take this further & suggest that others do the same Tired if being screwed over!!!

I ordered over $100. in merchandise. Like most of the reviews here someone said it looked like it came from a gumball machine. This company acts like a scammer. I requested my full refund which they promise money back guarantee. First email they offered 10% refund. I said NO I want my full refund, they just now offered 15% WTH!!! NO! DON'T BUY THIS CRAP WARNING!!! I want my full refund not percentages. I will write better business bureau and go on all social media outlets if they do not refund my money and go to small claims court for MORE!!!

This company is as fake as their
"jewelry". For the past 2 weeks I have been given the run around by Sophie who keeps telling me to be patient and I will get my ring. I received the tracking number quickly but it wasn't from USPS it was from China!!! I had no idea this place was a scam at the time. The tracking number did show when it arrived in the US, I was assured from Sophie that everything was legit and I should be getting the ring this week. I got a notification that the ring was in my area and figured it would be there the next day. Well next thing I know the ring is being bounced around between 2 cities in Illinois. Everyday I get the notification that it will be here tomorrow, Sophie tells me it will be here tomorrow too. After a week of this shit and being told there are no refunds I called my credit card company and reported them for fraud. If anyone has talked to Sophie or is talking to her, stop now, she's not real just like the company and their crap

Believe that the customers are telling the truth. You don't get something for nothing. People lean on American desire to consume, buy, and look pretty. Many of us desire to look good. It's vanity! It's alright to purchase things and look attractive. However, believing these photo lies and being inconvenienced when paying for it is unacceptable.Buyers, beware. If customers are complaining, losing money, and scrambling to talk to the service provider without a response, it's a scam!

Definitely false advertising! The rings were the wrong size. The earrings were broken. The advertisement indicated the jewelry was artisan, but was very cheap looking and not well made!

I received a necklace and ring that definitely looked cheap in comparison to the on line photos and was also sent the wrong ring. The jewelry is advertised as discounted since the ‘artisan’ is ‘retiring’ and wants to sell all the inventory at reduced prices. It’s all lies and a rip off! I contacted this so-called business a couple times, but no surprise here, never received a reply. Do not be gullible like I was, and do not buy anything from this so called business.

Like everyone has said - this is cheap jewelry and not custom made at all. This is a total scam. Do not buy. Now I have to return the items and if I don’t get a full refund I will file a complaint with my credit card company.

I read the heartwarming story but something seemed off. did a reverse lookup on the jewelry photos and it's all chinese garbage that you can get for $10 on amazon or half the price on temu! Shame on you for scamming people!

This company cannot improve because it is a SCAM. I have sent several emails with questions about the jewelry like rings which do not give sizes to choose from and why are there the same pieces on different pages for different prices. Also, the description is the same for every piece of jewelry. I'm surprised some say they get a reply but no refund. Well, I have yet to get a reply to any of the 5 emails I have sent with just inquiries on the jewelry.

I ordered 3 rings and I paid for them. I did not receive them and the post office said it was delivered but I did not get them. I have been caught in a round robin of excuses. They say we sent them and the post office says we delivered them and I need to get them to refund my money or resend the items. I keep getting and sending emails back and forth and no one wants to take responsibility for the rings not getting to me. Lara Green wants me to get a certificate of non-receipt from the post office and send it to them, but I don't even have an address to send it to them. I have been waiting over a month for this and I am sick and tired of all this back and forth. They can keep the money. Don't ever buy anything from this company because it takes forever for them to arrive and if the post office looses them your out of luck.

I ordered 3 pearl necklaces. 2 were broke...no chain for the clasp. Cost $26.99 I could have bought them at temu for $1.00. They answered my email and told me to send picture of necklaces and the packaging. I did and their email address is incorrect. This company is a SCAM...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!
