Used to love this company until they…

Used to love this company until they didn’t give me a refund, ghosted all their customers and scrubbed their existence from the internet. Plenty of startups go into administration but at least they have they leadership qualities to be transparent about what’s happening. They went from taking pre-orders in December to not responding to emails in February; it’s pretty appalling behaviour that seems to have zero consequences.

What the hell happened to this company? Why has it disappeared??

What the hell happened to this company, where has it gone? I was following the on instagram, they were my favourite underwear (especially panties) company. I noticed I hadn't seem them post for a while, which could be due to the Instagram algorithm, but since I regularly liked their pictures etc they were always on my feed. So I looked them up, and...nothing. Their instagram page had disappeared. So had their facebook, twitter, etc etc. I tried to contact them via email, and that was a bust too, as it said the email no longer exists. I think the last newsletter email I got from them was sometime in Februare 2022, so what the hell has happened since them? And why leave like this, and not at least inform your customers or leave your accounts open so they can inquire? Seriously how fuc*ing unprofessional is this?? I hate it when companies disappear out of the blue like this, no information no nothing. Has happened to two other past favourite makeup and skincare companies of mine in the past and I'm sick and tired of this.

Poor service - won't order again

Returns process was a nightmare. Bought 2 styles of bras and none of them fit despite using their online measuring guidance and ordering "sister sizes" as backups (4 total ordered).

Then it took over a month to get money back - Lara's customer service confirmed receipt of my parcel and said my money had been refunded, but it took multiple emails and over a month to actually get my refund.

It's a shame because the bras were well made and otherwise I'd give them another try, but I can't stand companies that make getting my own money back such a stressful ordeal.

Return of bra and refund.

I returned a bra on the 21st September worth £48. Got a return slip from Lara Intimates that I used and proof of postage.
It is now the 20 October and many e-mails and FB messages later, no refund.
Very bad customer service would never buy from them again.

Missing items from my order. Poor communication

Ordered back in the beginning of January, after countless emails they finally shipped my order, which arrived four weeks later, and is missing all but a single item. Luckily I filmed the opening of the parcel because I knew it was much smaller than expected. I’ve still yet to hear back from them, so I’ve had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid.
