First class customer service

I placed an order online and paid by PayPal. For some reason I put in the wrong delivery address. Customer services contacted me, based on my previous orders, to check I had put in the correct address. Excellent service, saved my son-in-law getting a parcel of wool! Delivery was very quick too as always. I would certainly recommend them.
