It's my favorite shop for when I get to spend a little more.. my dreamstyles of clothes.. and good quality! I couldn't find shoes anywhere, I have size 42.. and the cheaper shops have noce shoes.. but are busted in a couple of weeks... My new boots from the large.. they'll go for years 🥰

ITS A TRAP
Good morning.
I would like to give my testimony in every possible way so nobody else can fall into this trap.
My purchase was in February, as well as the return of the product.
Since then I have been waiting for the refund, which HAS NOT BEEN made and each time a different excuse.
The company is not acting according to the laws and not being honest with the customer.
I do not recommend this company AT ALL!!!

very poor customer service
Hi,
I tried to make a purchase via their website. The payment was debited from my account, but somehow the order was not registered. I contacted them, requesting to return my funds. This is one of those website where they just don't believe you ("maybe you orders via Ebay?"), even if you have all the documentation. Eventually I had to call to their payment handler myself, file a complaint, etc. Why should I as customer have to do all this? Large.BE should be doing this, right?

After having a small issue with the delivery, Large gave me an excellent service by setting up a new order with the same discounts. Even when 1 item was not available, they gave me the same discount afterwards and were able to deliver that item to me, together with the new order.
I had many orders @ Large before without problems, so I'm a very happy customer !
