DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM.
I ordered the 2 in 1 Straightener & Curler. They did arrive however, they are not as advertised.
On the website it states "5 easily adjustable temperature settings".
It does not have 5 it has 1 setting which is "burn". The temperature is so hot it burnt my bed sheet.
As there is no telephone number on the website I emailed them (as under their returns policy it does state you can return items within 30 days of receipt and get your money back).
I emailed and to start with I man called Paul did reply asking questions and for a video of the device.
I sent photos of the device and the burnt sheet as the video's would not send. (not sure if that is on purpose)
After numerous emails chasing for a returns address, they are no longer replying to me and I haven't got my money back either.
