Brilliant Kitchens
I found this company whilst searching for an affordable kitchen and I was not disappointed. The kitchen units are an amazing quality and I could not have wished for a better kitchen. Kitchen arrived on time and with no damage at all. I would and have recommended Lark and Larks Ltd to anyone that needs a high spec but affordable kitchen.

Wanted some replacement doors for our kitchen. Was very happy with the wide range available and pricing. Ordered a few samples, which helped us choose.
Ended up ordering a set of doors, a couple of wall cabinets, together with replacement hinges and some plinth.
The delivery time was reasonable and was delivered by two helpful guys.
Very impressed with the quality and finish of the products. Well worth the price.
Our kitchen has been transformed.
Customer service is excellent too.

Your design service is an absolute disgrace and totally non-existant, you expect your customers to do absolutely everything, where did you get these reviews from, I can't believe they are real reviews. You don't deserve anyone's business ! I have found a kitchen company a lot more professionally run than yours. Take note , buck up your ideas, or you won't have a business in 10 years

Very disappointing experience…
I needed 17 new kitchen door handles but decided to order just 4 to see how it went. Two of the handles were unusable due to faulty screws being sent. On speaking to customer services I had to send them photos(why couldn't they just accept my word?). I was told that their suppliers would send me new screws, this took days and they only sent two screws. Almost a month later from the original order I am still waiting to get new handles on my doors. I have had to send photos, make phone calls and send emails, all because no-one checked that the screws actually fitted the door handles. I will be going elsewhere for new handles for all the cupboards. Very disappointing.

Great communication
Vast array of different cabinet and door styles to start with before even looking at custom builds.
Easy to configure to your requirements. Office helpfully confirmed before proceeding with order.
Received regular updates on expected delivery date. Confirmed the day before and the delivery driver called about an hour before arriving.
On arrival, the driver was very polite and helpful, thus putting the icing on the cake for the whole experience.

Excellent company to deal with and excellent product choice.
I chose this company as I felt they had made an effort with their website and I needed an odd number of doors for a kitchen in our air b and b. Ordering was easy and communication spot on. Confirmation email and a follow up phone call.
Arrived in good time and well packaged. I fitted them myself, holes were drilled in exactly the right places and all the units fitted perfectly. They are great quality and functional.
Save yourself loads by using this excellent company as they have a varied selection of doors at very good prices.

Fantastic after sales service
Have used this company a few times in the past and always been pleased with the service/products, but the reason I have posted this review is because I had an issue with 1 kitchen unit door which started to peel a little and it was out of the 6 year warranty by a few months. After explaining the situation and sending a few photos they replaced it free of charge with no hassle whatsoever.
How refreshing!!
