La Roche-Posay Reviews 

Wish I had read these reviews first. Tried to place an order and went to PayPal to pay. I was not returned to La Roche Pousay and no confirmation email or order details sent by them. The payment showed as “Pending” with PayPal for 11 days. Tried to phone La Roche to cancel. Phone cut out each time. Used their contact page three times to send cancelling emails - no response. PayPal sent them emails twice on my behalf to cancel so that I could buy the goods elsewhere. Again no joy from La Roche-Posay.
Received an email from them today saying goods dispatched. Tried to reply but email just came back unable to send.
I shall never use these people again and will avoid their products as well

I too wish I had read these reviews before! They also took payment but have not sent the products, there is no number to call them on and they do not respond to emails on the contact form. For such a large well known company, I would not even have thought about checking trust pilot. I usually do that with companies I haven’t heard of before. More fool me. I found a separate email address on their website to try to cancel, who knows if that is legitimate! Otherwise I’ll be disputing via my credit card company. Do not buy from here!

I should have read these reviews before making my purchase...Ordered two weeks ago and didn't receive a confirmation email so sent a query via the website. I received a reply confirming my order, but since then nothing. No confirmation that my order has been dispatched, and despite several emails to customer care, I have had no response. It appears that they have taken my money but will not be sending my order.

Sent package missing items still billed the full amount
they do not pick up the phones or reply to emails i have now opened a paypal claim to get my money returned avoid this company

I bought a few items and waited two weeks for delivery. Only some items arrived but was charged for all that I ordered. Now no answer from customer services at all. Charged for items I didnt receive, such a shame as love the products but will never buy direct from then again.

I made an order online on their website about 10 days ago. I received email confirmation of the order and was told that the order will be delivered within 3-5 working days and that the email would be followed by a separate email for me to track my package. I neither received that email nor my package. I have attempted to call their customer service several times to enquire about my order but I was told that "all advisors are busy". I submitted my complaint on their online system but didn't get any feedback. I tried to contact them on their social media as advised by the automated message, but still no response. I am very disappointed in the customer care of La Roche Posay and not to forget that my order worth over £40 is missing. I will never order from them again.

No order received, no communication

I wish I’d read the reviews before I placed an order. Made an order on their UK website, got a confirmation and then silence. Phone is just a robot that cuts you off, online form is useless (I sent 3 requests - no answer). After two weeks the order was finally delivered by DPD, all items are in place, also 2 free samples instead of 4, but it's not a problem at all since they are free anyway. Quality of cosmetics is great, just wish it would be less frustrating and if the shipping gets delayed, they have to inform about it in a separate email.

I wouldn’t usually write a review for a company however I decided to look for reviews from others when I became so utterly frustrated with LaR-P and saw others have had similar experience.
We are in unprecedented times and as we all know, there isn’t a lot of disposable income around at the moment so for me to want to spend my money I would expect some decent customer service.. at the very least.
I placed my order, received a confirmation email, then...absolutely nothing. It was like the company no longer exists. No option to speak on telephone, directed straight back to website. Tried via contact page of website, Facebook Messenger, Twitter...became a bit of a stalker, but nothing!!! No way of contacting at all. It’s been weeks now with nothing from them.
Very very frustrating. Have they received my order? Will the money be deducted from my bank or not? I can’t cancel cause I can’t reach anyone. Just left in limbo. Very very annoying. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not order from them as they do not exist...

If I could give zero stars I would. An absolutely shocking experience from this company. They are happy to take your money and sign you up to their newsletter but not send the products! Communication from them is non existent, dont bother using the online contact form....they ignore all communications. The phonelime cuts you off and the online chat is just as useless! Absolutely disgusted by the poor service from this company.

Had my parcel stolen due to poor delivery by DHL. Was informed by DHL to liase with LRP to initiate process of getting a new item sent out/refunded.

After 4 weeks of attempting to get this process started, having contacted via the online site, and approximately 10 emails (which were responded to), I am no further down the line. It's a shame as it was a product I really wanted to try, but the customer service is non-existent. Very poor from a company the size of L'Oreal.

I've ordered from the la roche posay uk website although I've seen the reviews. I've ordered a small thing to make sure I'll receive it. They've sent it to gain trust. When I went for more products and spent more money they took the money without sending the products. Be careful please, tried to call them first you'll see the phone call is completely fake, on the email don't respond either. Please do not buy from them. Their products are available in more safer places like amazon.

I had no problem with my order it arrived within 2 days i was worried first because of negative comments but then I realised its for denmark website

Should have read previous reviews & they do give quick responses via online chat but no constructive explanations, resolutions or even a basic apology for misleading buyers. Ordered a product with the promise of 3 free samples, could have ordered elsewhere but thought 3 samples would be a nice bonus as there was no discount on cost & could have purchased slightly cheaper elsewhere online. Forgot to add 1 of the free samples on check-out & their automatic prompt to add immediately after placing order didn't work, immediately left message via online chat & their response within 12 hours was it was too late to add which was ironic as their website stated delays in despatch due to health & safety which is fair but gave enough time to add to order - no confirmation e-mail to advise either. Order arrived with only 1 sample & on querying, advised out of stock & only ever subject to availability anyway at time of order. Order confirmed 2 of the 3 samples would be provided & did not advise subject to availability in their T & Cs. Advised not available with no apology, solution or kind offer to still provide what they said they would. Why promise free samples if you don't make efforts to keep sufficient in stock or advise me otherwise. Seriously avoid unless you really want 1 of their products & you can't find cheaper elsewhere as their customer service is prompt but useless & ill-mannered.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order on 4/05/2020. I still haven't received a confirmation that my order is has been received but money has been taken from my account. Very disappointing.

Isn't not the best product but quality compared with prices..depending skin conditions

I tried the La Roche Posay Cicaplast hand creme, that is made for dry and sensitive skin but it had irritated me and my hand got worsen. My review that the product was not effective on me was deleted. It may not worked for me but worked for others so why delete honest reviews it is interesting as well to see if it worked for all.

Worst Company ever yes you L'Oréal. Waited for my money back month customers service uneducated. Had called them so many times to ask about My money and every single customer service provider was telling me different procedures. Yukky. SHAME ON YOU.

If I could give zero I would. Got morons working in customer services who don't even have product knowledge or listening skills. Had to repeat the product name 3times and she read the ingredients and purpose which I already bloody knew. Totally disregarded the question. Stupid woman!!!
