Absolute joke!
Absolute joke! I wish I read the reviews without ordering and wasting my time. My order never arrived and I kept being told different things by different operators. Never again!

Re: La Roche Posay CH, U.K. and Fr:
(Not sure why Trustpilot keep changing the country here)
Used to have good products I had confidence in for years and with good customer info services for individual queries. This service seem to have disappeared and they appear to have lost interest in their customers. They used to have a very wide product range which has drastically shrunk and products disappear at the drop of a hat!
They welcomed customer queries but now I have had to scour their websites for their contact details and the email I just sent them was returned with a Non-delivery notice. I copied and pasted it from their contact page and have now filled in an online query form. When I reached the submit button however I had to click a box to say I was a pharmacy business. When I realised it was not just to confirm I had read their t&c and unclicked it but it was sent anyway so I await a response. An standard automatic reply confirmed it would not be immediate because of how busy they are? …. Holidays, staffing shortages, home office … etc, etc?
At some stage not long ago they were taken over by L‘Orèal which might have a negative impact and I wonder what their future is.
If using products such as retinol it is worth researching the medical literature and questioning La Roche on their own research and product safety.

bought it so expensive and it made me break out
I have so bad experience with my first purchase
I have so bad experience with my first purchase I bought plenty suncream products for my family holidays I paid next day delivery to get them soon, here start the issue they sending with dpd courier, they coming twice to me an ask for a pink reference that without this not possible to get the parcel (who sending that pin I never could find it) ho surprise they never sending to me that pin number so the parcel back to the sender again the customer service pretended that I have to have make the solution for this horrible issue by my self to contact dpd and resolve the issue. However I did, I contact the dpd and they said after insisted to them your sender have to contact us and make you the solution, and them after half day lousing the time, pretending to have the solution in both sides not changes. I was so disappointed, frustrated and concerned because never received any solution now I make the email and I have to wait for me many back.
I have to say after I reading previous reviews I am not surprised I have to wait for so long I am not the only one with the bad customer service.
I am recommending if you want those products go any big farmacy and get them, not always you be like.
Faulty product, unreliable packaging
I bought the effaclar duo in hopes that it would help my skin only to realise that it was tinted, I did look carefully but the fact that it says light shade on the bottom is not clearly visible especially to someone like me with a visual impairment. The change of languages on the packaging is confusing and inconsistent. The product itself was just horrible and not worth the money, can’t even return it as well.
Really good
I really like this brand, the products have really helped my skin recover from using bad products on my face, it’s very simple and the price is reasonable
Formula of toleriane fond de teint
Formula of my foundation: la roche posay toleriane fond de teint has changed. It's now containing more harmful chemicals, causing allergy reactions - my skin now is reactive and itching. Never buying anything from them ever again.
Misleading delivery info
I’ve just contacted La Roche Posay to query my order not having been shipped nearly a week after ordering. The delivery time clearly says 3-5 working days. A customer service rep responded saying to allow 14 days for delivery. If I’d known this, I would’ve have bothered. Not a great first experience.

Bought the Effaclar Anti-Blemish Corrective Gel Moisturiser. It works really well on my face and I definitely recommend!
My very first and last time with La…
My very first and last time with La Roche-Posay I spent $260 and used their products for only 3 days only to have a horrible reaction of itching and swelling all over my face. I have called their customer service department 3 times explaining my issue and each time I am told how sorry they were but I must wait for a phone call from a specialty department. It seems that La Roche-Posay doesn’t care about the people who purchase their products, but they care about the $ we give them. To anyone looking at La Roche-Posay close your eyes and move on don’t take the risk like I did.

Will never buy from them again
I purchased a very large order with a coupon I received after becoming a customer for the first time during a promotional period where I was supposed to receive 4 deluxe samples and a bag. I picked my samples and bag during ordering, but then didn't receive any in my box. By the time my products arrived, the promotional period was over. They said my samples "dropped off the order" because I can't stack a coupon during promo periods, yet the value of my samples was 10x greater than my coupon value, and their site has no logic to reconcile that. What type of site just "drop things" off your order without notifying you, or allows you to apply a coupon that has a value significantly less than the promo you've opted in for? I bought this order for my wife as an anniversary gift. I'm very sickened and disappointed by my experience. Most of all, I'm sad for my wife because she helped me pick those samples. I will never purchase from this site again, or any L'Oreal brand. I don't have faith in companies that don't use website procedures that adhere to customer-first values.
I ordered the anti-aging serum skin…
I ordered the anti-aging serum skin set. SPF 100 milk for skin and SPF 50 for face. I also received my freebies. I ordered 4 days ago and received it. I am super happy with the fast shipping. It says that it was shipped by loreal? Anyways, my dermatologist told me this is the best product for your skin. I am gonna trust my dermatologist a billion percent. I just hope that my orders continue to be on point. I plan on being committed to this product.
I recently made a purchase of serums…
I recently made a purchase of serums from La Roche-Posay's website for 150£, but after waiting for five days without receiving anything, I reached out to their customer service. Shockingly, they claimed to have no knowledge of my order, despite it being visible in their system. Even worse, they stated they were unable to assist me further. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning. It seems they are not only failing to deliver on their promises but also providing inadequate customer support. I even provided them with my order number and all relevant details, only to be met with indifference.Their dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior, particularly the abrupt change regarding a promised discount code, only add insult to injury. It's evident that their customer service is severely lacking, leaving customers feeling frustrated and cheated.I strongly advise against making purchases from their website to avoid falling victim to similar scams. It's disheartening to see a reputable brand like La Roche-Posay engaging in such deceptive practices. I urge others to exercise caution and consider alternative options when shopping for skincare products.
Request for Refund due to Adverse Reaction to La Roche-Posay Products
Dear La Roche-Posay team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with two of your products, the HyaluB5 Serum and Athelios Age Correct, purchased from Inish Pharmacy by order IPY957011. Despite following the recommended application instructions diligently, I regret to inform you that I have suffered a severe allergic reaction after only two days of use.
Upon applying the products as directed after washing my face, I experienced immediate discomfort, including swelling, itching, and burning sensations around my eyes and all over my face. Unfortunately, these symptoms worsened with each subsequent application, leading to significant discomfort and distress.
Attached to this email, you will find photographs documenting the extent of the allergic reaction, which has greatly impacted my daily life and wellbeing.
Due to the severity of my reaction and the distressing symptoms experienced, I kindly request that you facilitate the collection of the aforementioned products and provide a full refund for my purchase. As a consumer, I trust that your company prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of its customers, and I hope to receive a swift resolution to this matter.
I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Teo
Terrible customer service and delivery
As a global company la Roche posay has been disappointing. I've ordered a couple of times and have had no issues, however third time ordering I feel really let down. Let's say this shall be my time ordering any products from this company. I ordered the cicplast cream with three free sample sachets. (I opened the box which had not been tampered with, and was sealed) only to discover that the three sachets are in the box but not the cream that I ordered for £16. Utterly shocked and disgusted that this happened. I called customer service and the person I spoke to was not even apologetic that this happened. I was told that another could not been sent due to logistics reason, and that a full refund would be given. Let's see if that happens... I really would not expect this from a global company like la Roche posay on top of bad customer service. I would rather a refund and I will purchase from boots instead. The reason why I didn't purchase from boots was because they were out of stock and decided to purchase from la Roche posay instead. I mean , you can't really go wrong buying from the actual website who sells their own products can you!? I was so wrong.
Where's the English on packaging?!!
Are you sleeping at the wheel, La Roche Posay? As a global skincare company owned by Loreal, I wonder who's idea it was to have so little English on the packaging boxes. All I can understand is the ingredients list & the rest is guess-work. I should be able to see the product claims clearly & without a magnifying glass (slight exaggeration but not much). You've crammed a few languages on the box, but I couldn't find any English product claims. Yes, Posay is a French skincare line, but it has been sold globally for years (probably decades) now so why, why, why is there virtually no English on the packaging box. As a Loreal owned brand I am surprised that Posay has not changed the packaging to include more English. Many, many people are not bi/multilingual, especially in Australia (sadly), so it's alot of guess-work & effort for us to read the box. It is a typically French attitude to eschew English in favour of other languages, but I would not expect to have that issue with a Loreal owned company. I find it completely ridiculous from a marketing perspective. As a discerning, label reading consumer who does her homework & has good knowledge of skincare ingredients, I will not try or buy any skincare product without reading the box & being fully aware of what's going on my skin. I am not the only one. With so many skincare brands on the market and so little regulation (unlike just about every other industry!!), smart consumers know they have to do their own research (or see a dermatologist) to sort the marketing BS from the truth. There are a few other languages on the box, but hardly a word of English. Too much guess-work. Not gonna try any of these products until there's more English on the packaging. I should not have to use a Google translator to understand product packaging - it's just too much bother, especially for those prices (it ain't cheap)! All the 5 star rave reviews in the world will not convince me either.
Please, please, just put some bloody English on the labelling.
I cannot be the only person who's noticed this with La Roche Posay.
Poor Customer Service and Delivery
Poor Customer Service and Delivery
This is the worst company with whom I have ever dealt. Making the order was easy. Paying was easy. Then NOTHING. Finally received notice of shipment, but the tracking number did not work. Called and was actually yelled at. Called again and the man was very nice and said they had shipping problems and it would be resolved in a few weeks. Cannot get a refund until I receive my product. Now, on their website it says they are shutting down until the middle of January and there will be no way to reach them. This is truly unacceptable. The actual product is likely okay, but dealing with this Quebec company is an absolute nightmare. Don't do it. Find something else.
Only buying because there are no alternatives
I have been using their Retinol B3 serum at night and Vitamin C10 serum in the day for anti aging effects, and while the results are rather noticeable a few hours after, they only last for as long as I use them for. I would still order again though just because I haven't found better alternatives worth the price.
Bought moisturiser with serum
Bought moisturiser with serum, didn't liked container, quality seems okay. The main problem was delivery, it was late for 5 days and was damaged.
