We’re so sorry to hear this and wanted to clarify. The order was placed on 23rd December and delivered on 31st December, the same day the review was left, with courier confirmation.
When the customer contacted us, we shared proof of delivery and offered to resend the item with upgraded shipping and a complimentary print. As the address was queried, we issued a full refund immediately at their request.
As a small family business, we take great care with every order and always aim to resolve concerns quickly and personally. We’re sorry this experience didn’t go as hoped and appreciate the chance to clarify.
