Wrong order , no comms at all
Hi,
After seeing an ad on tik tok decided to place an order for two 5ml samples of perfume. Unfortunately one of them was not the one i ordered and its an uknown perfume to me as its not labelled.
Very frustratingly, no one replied any of my emails so its very difficult to communicate with them .
I would not advise any other people to proceed as i lost 50 pounds. They could lose more.

Love larouci!
Amazing shipping time, I was really happy with how quickly it came. Lovely packaging and I liked how professional the Branding was. The hijab quality is amazing, and it’s nice because I can wear it without an undercap and it still stays in place and is not see through at all. The colours are AMAZING

Egregious sizing issues
I am so upset. Besides the weather delay, it took quite a while to receive my order and I was SO EXCITED. I spent a chunk of money here on US size 16 clothing. It was DEFINITELY NOT size 16. Putting on the dress was as if I was putting on size 10. Not only is it probably not worth returning because of the cost of shipping, but it seriously upset my resolve toward modesty and disrupted the self love and esteem I have been working so hard for. A disappointment is an understatement.
