We couldn't have asked for a better first time buyer experience, Alex was friendly and approachable and made the process feel so smooth from start to finish. We really appreciated the time taken to help us understand each stage of the process and keep us informed. Any queries we raised were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication was clear and timely throughout and the app was very helpful for keeping up to date on the progress. I would highly recommend using Larrington & Co. for an efficient, reliable service.

We couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor in Alicia Larrington to guide us through our house sale. From day one, she was professional, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. What really stood out was her ability to keep everything moving smoothly as she could, even while dealing with a very difficult and unresponsive solicitor at the bottom of the chain.
Alicia kept us informed at every stage, explained things clearly, and was always quick to step in and resolve issues before they could escalate. Her persistence and calm, proactive approach made what was a stressful process,  due to the poor communication skills of the solicitor at the bottom of the chain, feel far more manageable.

Efficient, effective, helpful, friendly and with an eye for detail.

We’ve recently completed our purchase, finishing around four weeks quicker than the UK average timeframe, which was a great result for us.

As first-time buyers, everyone’s circumstances will differ, but our experience was very smooth from start to finish. The final price matched the original quotation exactly, which is ultimately why we chose Larrington & Co in the first place—there were no surprises along the way.

We were looked after by Junaid, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Anything we needed checking or pushing back on, he handled quickly and efficiently—often already one step ahead, having contacted the relevant party before we even asked.

We would very likely use Larrington & Co again should we decide to move in the future.

As with any firm, there are small areas for improvement. The only suggestion I’d make is to have more real-time updates in the app portal. That said, I’d much rather the team focus their time on what matters most—actually getting the work done—and that’s exactly what they delivered.

Alicia was excellent at keeping me informed at every stage, even though we had the portal, she was great at emailing too. She had a no nonsense approach, honest and transparent. Will be using her services again hopefully in the near future. I recommend her highly.

Alicia has provided an excellent service for my recent sale/purchase as well as my mums sale. From the outset Alicia provided clear guidance and offered support where needed. She was always easily contactable and responded to any queries really quickly. She was able to deal with the inevitable issues that arose and did so calmly giving plenty of reasurrance as our stress levels rose. She demonstrated a wide knowledge base and took every hurdle in her stride. Her estimated bill didn't alter as we reached completion (2 years ago a family member had their conveyancer bill almost double without notice, (not with Larringtons)) so we were relieved that didn't happen to us. Despite the whole moving house process not being particularly pleasant, Alicia has been so easy to work with and I felt supported by her throughout. I'd definitely recommend her and her team for anyone looking for competence, efficiency and value for money.
