I've been using LARUS for quite some time now, and the experience has been excellent. The network is fast, stable, and reliable, and their overall service quality has been outstanding.

What impressed me the most is their customer support. They're responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to help. On multiple occasions when we needed a small renewal extension, they were very understanding and accommodated our request, which shows they care about long-term customers rather than just taking payments.

A special thanks to Muhammad Ibrahim. He's been incredibly helpful throughout our experience. Every interaction has been smooth, friendly, and solution-oriented. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile to assist customers the way he does.

Overall, a fantastic provider with great service, great support, and a team you can trust. Highly recommended!

Started receiving spam / unsolicited WhatsApp messages & emails as soon as I registered a new ASN. Wouldn't recommend.

We leased an IP block from Larus Limited with the expectation of using it for production services. Despite fulfilling all documentation and technical requests, the IP was never properly announced by the appointed data center due to coordination failure between Larus and their upstream provider.

When we requested a refund for the unusable period, our request was rejected without any valid technical justification. The IP block was delivered only in theory – in practice, it was not routable or usable.

Customer service was slow and dismissive, with no intention to resolve the issue or compensate for the business impact.

We strongly advise anyone considering this provider to think twice and evaluate more reliable alternatives before committing. We are now migrating to IPXO and will no longer work with Larus.

They advertise low prices but once you fill in the appropriate details you'll find yourself being charged hundreds of $$.

The worst service even i see. They take back your announcements without your knowledge.
