I signed up for Bitguruz Casino specifically because their 300% Bonus and Free Spins offer looked like an incredible deal. Unfortunately, it’s nothing but a trap designed to lock your funds and guarantee you never actually cash out.

While the interface looks modern and depositing crypto is instant, the reality of their promotional offers is shockingly deceptive:They casually hide a 30x wagering requirement on both the deposit and the bonus. If you deposit just $100 to get a $300 bonus, you are forced to wager a massive $12,000 before you are allowed to withdraw a single cent.

Absolutely infuriating

Absolutely infuriating, one of the worst online experiences I have had. Everything about it feels deceptive and deliberately designed to frustrate. Customer support is a joke, either no replies or copy paste that ignores your issue. They don't care about players, only about taking their money. And the bonuses, full of traps, practically impossible to cash out.
