I ordered an outdoor black granite memorial plaque from Laser-Pic on behalf of my Mum, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

The quality is outstanding. The granite itself is beautiful, the gold leaf lettering is incredibly vivid, and the etched photo came out brilliantly; especially considering the original photo we provided was quite pixelated. The attention to detail is exceptional.

Customer service was second to none. Kristel kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to recommend what would look best. Her advice was spot on, and it made such a difference to the final result.

Delivery was fantastic. The plaque arrived well packaged, and fully protected. This was a very meaningful order for myself and my Mum, and Kristel handled it with professionalism and care. Thank you for creating something so special.

We've dealt with Kristel & Terry over the last few weeks re 2 items. A New Door Number on slate. Easy to arrange, delivered in a timely fashion, efficiently & safely & good value. I then went back to them for a bespoke piece of work for a memorial on polished granite. Its an excellent piece of work and it was a pleasure & so simple working with them on something different with onward delivery to a Garden in Wales. We fully recommend Laser-Pic.
