Please avoid

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I paid £397.50 in full for a course of laser hair removal treatments. My appointments were repeatedly disrupted. One appointment was cancelled due to the practitioner breaking her leg, which I completely understood. However, I confirmed my rearranged appointment the day before, knowing her situation, and when I attended I was left waiting outside for over 30 minutes after travelling 45 minutes, with no one present. I then received a message at 9am stating she needed more rest.

Following this, I requested a refund. Since then, I have been given repeated promises that payment would be made “within 7 working days”, “by the end of the day”, and I was even told I would receive an update by 1pm on a specific day. None of these promises were kept, and I was left chasing for weeks.

I have already sent a formal Letter Before Claim and am now proceeding with a claim to recover the money owed. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I cannot comment on the quality of the treatment itself, as I was unable to complete the course, but I can comment on the customer service, communication and handling of refunds, which have been extremely poor.

Due to the lack of professionalism I experienced, I would strongly advise others not to use this business.

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company.

I paid for a block of six laser sessions with Anne, but from the beginning there were numerous last-minute cancellations. Rebooking appointments was also difficult, and there was very little flexibility or communication.

Before my fourth session, I saw on social media that Anne was no longer working due to an injury, yet I had received no direct communication about my appointment being cancelled. I only found out after messaging her myself the evening before, and she didn’t respond until 9pm the night before my appointment was due to take place.

Since then, I have had no further contact regarding rescheduling the sessions I have already paid for, despite seeing regular social media posts advertising new packages and services.

I have requested a refund for the outstanding appointments I am owed, but have received no response.

Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this company and looking elsewhere.

If I could give no stars then I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Please read Google reviews and read trustpilot reviews as well. I paid up front for 6 treatments back in November 2025 and I have had TWO sessions since then. Anne keeps cancelling my appointments on the day, says she will phone to reschedule but never does, asked for a refund almost a month ago and there’s been no communication since. Been speaking to other people and unfortunately I’m not the only one who has had this experience. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! There’s a reason why you can’t leave feedback on Facebook and why comments are limited on Instagram. Very disappointing.

Edit: the business claims alternative appointments were offered, this isn’t true

Cancelled appointment, no contact and no refund.

I paid a deposit of £25 for an appointment scheduled in April 2026. They cancelled the appointment by text the day before and said they'd be in touch to rebook. They never contacted me again and didn't respond to multiple text messages and emails over the course of 2 weeks. They also didn't answer their phone. I've now had to instigate a charge-back through my card provider. I recommend that potential customers go elsewhere.

One star

Personally, I’d save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Booked an appointment, paid the £25 deposit, only to have it cancelled a few hours before the appointment was due. While I’m empathic towards the reasons for the cancellation, I’ve not had any correspondence since. I’ve messaged and emailed multiple times, with no reply. No refund or alternative appointment.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I’m still waiting for a refund from you that was promised to be in my account within 48 hours on the 24th Feb. We are now a month later and despite my two emails to you, I haven’t heard from you and there has been no refund. I’ve now contacted trading standards as I have been in contact with you regarding this issue since NOVEMBER. The fact that it has taken you almost six months to rectify an issue that takes two seconds to rectify is ridiculous. I expect a response to my emails and my refund issued imminently.

Honestly a little upset by the experience. Seems like this doesn't happen to everyone..

And the first 5 sessions were totally.. okay

But 3 skips in a row feels a tad unlikely doesn't it..

Make that 4 cancellations and no refund..

The team are amazing

The team are amazing, everyone is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable. The progress made on my tattoo removal is amazing, I cannot recommend the team enough!

Too many clients, make you feel unwelcome and unless you keep chasing up they rob you of your money and time.

I previously used the clinic in 2023 and their communications and services were good. In June 2024, I received a promotional email with a deal on their Hydrofacial packages. I responded via email with interest. I have all email receipts of the communications where I was bombarded and pestered with follow up emails to pay imminently for the treatment. I paid and as soon as I made the BACS transfer their communication seized. With very little explanation and over the past few months I have been chasing up to book my appointment. In early September I had booked an appointment, which was on 7 September. I emailed during the week on Tuesday 3 September to reschedule my appointment. I kept following up on the 5th September, still no response. I finally got through via phone on the 6th September where I spoke to someone to explain the situation. They promised me they would get back to me within an hour with alternative dates to reschedule. This never happened, so I followed up via email on the 6th. Again zero communication or response from the clinic. On the Saturday 7th September I received an automated email saying that I missed the appointment. Despite my confirmation over the phone from the team that this was going to be rescheduled. It was extremely unprofessional, and I responded to the thread to follow up and explain the situation. I persisted, called up and got through on the 10th September with Anne, over the phone. Anne mentioned that I missed the appointment where I explained the situation that I have been emailing and calling up. Anne's excuse was that they don't receive emails on the weekend (actually even the emails I send during the week were not been responded to, so I do not rate this as an excuse). The other excuse was that Anne has been unwell, which I sympathize with, and that the team are only 3 people and they have 1500/1600 clients. Unfortunately, they missed the ball on multiple occasions via my email and telephone communications. Telling your client that you have that many clients should not be an excuse. It was very disheartening to hear, and an apology was not formally sent other than the promise that the treatments monies would be refunded to me. This would take up to '5 working days' is what I was told. Today it is the 23 September and still no monies/refund have been received. I contacted the clinic on Friday 20 September to explain that the refund had not reached my account. The response was that Anne would check with the bank on Monday. I have emailed today and still no response or contact to and got through. Do not use this company under any circumstance as they clearly have too many clients (is basically what the owner has told me) and do not treat you with the care or service that you expect. It is really disheartening and I will not be using this company in future nor recommending. I have full receipts of everything, and will be making further complaints as this issue is still unresolved. From June/July's Ella and Anne's 5 emails to chase me up to purchase the offer, to now zero communication unless I have to keep emailing, calling up or sending messages on WhatsApp. During this process they kept sending emails regarding promotions, posting on their Instagram. This tells me that something is wrong with how they manage clients and not how you expect to be treated by an aesthetics clinic. Wanting more clients but not treating your current clients well is inexcusable. I hope money is refunded to me, but as it has been so long, I cannot count on it. At least I hope to warn any prospective clients.

Total and utter professionalism…

Total and utter professionalism alongside gentle caring friendly service and a personal touch that is just outstanding.
Today i was treated by Victoria who extols every one of these virtues and more.
Great value, great service, great results, great people.

Amazing

Amazing salon, very clean, super knowledgeable & experienced staff. Highly recommended wouldn’t go anywhere else! Laser has changed my life I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of doing it. I used to wish “if I won the lottery” for this sort of treatment but it’s totally affordable.

A great bunch!

From the moment I spoke to Victoria on the phone, I knew it would be a great experience. She was very lovely on the phone and went through everything with me. When I arrived for my first facial, I was greeted by Ebony, the lady that was going to do my Facial. I can not tell you how at ease she made me feel. She made me feel so welcome and relaxed. She explained and went through everything with me in detail and was just the loveliest person :) Thank you girls, I shall be back!! x
