good replacement
it was perfect just what i needed to replace my wornout remote. Delivery was fast. Could have been packed a little better with maybe some bubble wrap so it wasn't moving around in the oversized box.

FAILED in TRANSPARENCY, TRANSACTION and COMMUNICATION
I wonder why this company do not send email confirmation for orders. This makes a customer vexed and think that the operation is shady. Look, I am paying with hard earned money, so please be prompt and smooth with your communication and transaction. You provide a contact number that you do not even attend to. I have attempted multiple times to ring you, but to no avail. I am way beyond disappointed.
Update: One nice lady emailed few hours after. She replied to my email notifying them about order confirmation. However, I still believe emailing order confirmation should be an instant action right after you finished paying for your order.

AUX and Bluetooth
Some Soundbars do not come with AUX meaning that you can only use Bluetooth on them and that does not always work properly. Soundbars that come with AUX like this one means that you can join more things to it more easily, just make sure you can get it to sound right.

Incomplete Order sent
Did not send my complete order. I ordered a sub woofer for my laser soundbar and the company only sent me the cables and said the item was delivered. I sent them multiple emails regarding the order and I was told that the item would be sent out soon. But I have still not received my order. Very poor customer service.
