Such a lovely experience. Lizzie made me feel so comfortable and reassured me throughout the whole process. I have laser hair removal treatments and noticed results within the first 2 weeks.

I had an unpleasant spot which I wanted removing. Lizzie made an initial diagnosis on the basis of photographs, and I booked an appointment. She confirmed the initial diagnosis, told me the treatment and cost, and I went ahead with this. The spot was frozen with a spray, which was only mildly uncomfortable. Over the next couple of weeks it crusted over as Lizzie said it would, and I protected it with a strong spf as she advised. By the time of the follow up appointment it was healed. At no time was there any pain.

I found Lizzie professional and I would not hesitate to use her services again if necessary.

Firstly, there was a lot of clients in the clinic who had finished or waiting for treatment. There was only one staff member available (Lizzie) too much was going on and maybe not fully concentrating on individual treatments as she was overwhelmed (not a criticism)

Sat down and had a chat, I had two small areas for thread veins on the cheeks (face) that needed removing. I have used the yag laser since 2016 and only encountered one small isssue before, so I was at ease

Lizzie started on my right cheek with multiple clicks, but the setting was too low and made no difference, She then targeted the same area again but with no real improvement. The same area was tested again with a satisfactory setting. Once this was done we moved to the next cheek with the same setting... no issues

It wasn't until I left and noticed blisters on the right side of my cheeky and a numbness. I contacted the clinic and they asked for me to come back, i did. I was given a FOC heating treatment to encourage recovery. I left and the blisters had burst, this then becamse worse and I could not feel my right cheek and was oozing non stop. My whole cheek is swallon to the point I cannot leave my house. To say I'm embarrassed about how i look currently is an understatement

They have offered me to come back in this week but I will be seeking GP advice. I hope to make a full recovering with no scarring. But I am extremely reluctant to recommend this clinic due to the level of stress & upset this has caused me

Having been recommended LaserLife by a reliable friend and having had laser treatment with two previous companies, LaserLife (especially Lizzie) have been by far the most welcoming, informative and extremely professional from start to finish! My husband and I started treatments nearly a year ago and although the distance of further a field, the friendly and welcoming approach each and every time makes it all the worth while. Lizzie in particular has been there to support us at every appointment, she takes us through step by step and is ready to listen when we have concerns. Her approach is sympathetic and caring. NO Stars! From the get go I was pressured into paying alot of money upfront! Felt uncomfortable at the hands of Lizzie who was truly a piece of work. Talked down to me and was rude on several occassions, despite me being the client, quite heavy handed in her bedside manner. I personally felt that this place only wanted my money and once I'd paid, was treated appalingly; including having to go into a treatment room so soon after another client and having to breathe in someones burnt pubic hair fumes, Gross!. Rushed appointment left with a patchy result. Save your money and go somewhere professional.

When I found this company I was searching for a anthropology course, but I was not sure about this choice and it turned out that this course was cancelled. Iulian is great guide and he patiently advised me and support me to direct myself towards the best choice could ever done in terms of future career. I'm now studying art design and as soon as I started I realised that this was always where I belonged. Special thanks to Iulian and his super team! I belive that they are very good in what they're doing and thanks to them now I'm heading towards fulfilling the dream of my life🙂

I came to Laserlife Clinic for cryo-pen treatments on the sunspots on my face. I simply can´t believe I have lived with those brown spots on my face for years, when one session and one follow up session made them vanish!!! I am amazed. I am lucky enough to be the right skin colour for this to be a treatment that works on me, but the whole experience was super quick and efficient. It litterally took seconds and didn´t hurt at all. Lizzy was friendly, lovely and competent! What may seem as a pricy sum for something that lasts seconds, £180 in all, will save me hundreds in ineffective skincare in the future. Forget laser and lotions and potions. This works. I have several other little niggly bits to be sorted at the Laserlife Clinic, that's for sure!

Have to say second time using and lizzy is just very cool, so professional and puts me at ease. Genuinely nice lady who genuinely gets results. Honestly couldn’t ask for more. So glad I came back tbh. Quick, no fuss, with desired outcome.

I've been to LaserLife now for a course of laser hair removal and dermal fillers, all I have to say is great clinic! I love this place, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, they always offer a professional service and are very well priced. Couldn't recommend enough!

Sadly the receptionist lost her personality when I met her for a consultation on laser hair removal. She was extremely unwelcoming, unfriendly and cold. Made no attempt to smile as if she was attending a funeral.

Insisted I had to pay £20 for a patch test unless sign up to their packages which is fine. However, her inhospitable nature made me got up and left the clinic, literally!

I've been to various laser clinics in London for over 10 years and never have I experienced a service as impersonal and distant as Laserlife Clinic. Go elsewhere!

I am doing my hair laser removal, scar laser and tattoo laser at Laserlife Clinic. I am very happy with the results especially the scar laser!! Very nice and friendly team!

Have been going there for over 5 years now and they're absolutely the best. I'm black and had ingrown hair issues and naturally, I was worried about going anywhere as most clinics don't have the experience for my skin type when it comes to stopping hair growth. I have since been for over five years and have gotten other treatments such as dermarolls, lactic facials, and skin peels which again, were well done. I simply can't recommend this place enough. Definitely worth giving them a try. Also, buying a bundles could get you a discount so discuss with them before going somewhere "cheaper". I hope this helps 😊
