Extremely poor handling of a genuine medical emergency and a clear lack of professional judgement, empathy, and basic human decency.

On Thursday 9th April, I called to inform the clinic that my brother was undergoing open brain surgery and I would be unable to attend my appointment. Despite this, I was met with a scripted, unsympathetic response and asked to provide proof during an active, time-critical hospital situation. There was no discretion or understanding shown whatsoever.

It was only after I challenged this via WhatsApp that any empathy was shown, which is deeply concerning in itself and reflects poorly on the initial handling of the situation.

I raised a formal complaint by email the same day, as advised. It then took nearly a week to receive a response, with no acknowledgement in the meantime.

When I did finally receive a reply, the clinic confirmed they would not reinstate my already paid final session, despite the clear medical emergency. Instead, I was offered the option to purchase a new package, which completely misses the point and is frankly inappropriate in the context.

Requesting hospital documentation in real time during a family member’s brain surgery is unreasonable in any circumstance and demonstrates extremely poor judgement and a lack of basic human awareness.

While cancellation policies exist, they should be applied with appropriate discretion and sensitivity. In this case, that was clearly not done.

A very disappointing experience that falls well below acceptable standards of care and customer service.

For my third session that I had, it was with a Masooda; she was really kind, caring & understanding. I would definitely recommend her as a technician.

It was a very comfortable experience with laser me out. Lena is an expert and the session went really smooth.

I love my experience in here, but I want specifically mention Drita, she is my favourite. I have experience with another therapist but I can say it wasn't that good. Drita is friendly and I love the fact that she hear me. She listen to my aspiration, and she try to give the best for me. I tell her that my pain tolerance is very low and she trust me, she increase the machine intensity gradually until it reaches my maximum tolerance. I feel understood, unlike previous session when I can't resist the pain but the therapist don't listen to me. I do the treatment happily with Drita and no severe pain and swelling afterwards. I wish you success girl! :)

The venue is fun and quirky, rooms feel comfortable and the front desk and friendly and welcoming. From my initial consultation in September until now I’ve had good care and the staff and I’ve not consistently booked the same person due to my tight schedule.

If anyone’s considering it, just do it. They’ve seen it all before, the good, the bad and the ugly (even though they’d never make you feel like anything is ugly). I had full legs done nearly 20 years ago and have not shaved since so I am already a convert but the difference is the machines of today at this company are so much faster and less pain for sure!

I had Rabia on Monday and she was so kind, took her time and ensured she got all the areas that were a concern. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I’m extremely disappointed with the laser service I received. From the start, the staff seemed rushed and unprofessional. The technician did not properly explain the procedure, potential side effects, or aftercare instructions. During the session, the treatment felt far more painful than described, and when I expressed discomfort, my concerns were brushed off rather than addressed.
The results were equally frustrating. After multiple sessions, I saw little to no improvement, despite being assured I was an “ideal candidate.” In addition, I experienced redness and irritation that lasted much longer than expected. Communication was poor, follow-up support was minimal, and the overall experience felt impersonal and overpriced. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatment

Amazing experience! The clinic is clean, professional, and welcoming. Drita is knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything clearly. Treatments were quick and I’m already seeing great results. Highly recommend!

Please be cautious when considering this laser clinic. Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. My first session was with Rabia, and I initially felt confident I would be in good hands as she is senior staff. However, the next day I noticed burns outside of the treated area, and my skin felt inflamed immediately after the session, which was extremely concerning.
When I requested a full refund, I was told I would need to sign a settlement agreement in order to receive it. This left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. The clinic presents itself as very professional and “squeaky clean,” but my experience did not reflect that.
What’s even more disheartening is that I didn’t receive an apology, and they are not acknowledging the marks as burns. Instead, they are describing it as a “skin reaction,” which feels dismissive of what actually happened.
I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision, as I wish I had known this beforehand.

Five stars for the team and the Soprano Titanium laser! I’m seeing amazing progress on my legs and underarms after only two sessions. The staff is great at explaining the process and making sure the settings are right for my skin type. Professional, clean, and most importantly—it actually works!

My experience was really good, I thought Izel was really attentive, made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I was after very well.

I had a lovely time at the consultation. My concerns were heard and I was informed of how the laser will help. I felt extremely comfortable at the laser patch test time, I was verbally explained at all times what was happening. For a first timer that was extremely comforting.

So update! I just had my 1st laser session with Sadaf and it was the best experience ever !

She was highly professional, spoke to me again about how laser will help me! She was such a friendly person and actually didnt mind my constant chatter. so glad I chose this clinic and met Sadaf and the team. Really looking forward to my sessions.. you've gained a lifetime customer!

Really friendly staff , made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to any concerns or questions I had regarding the treatment.

I have completed a full course of 6 sessions and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions (which were painless). I had a couple of options closer to me yet I chose Laser Me Out over them and I’m glad I did! Zero regrets. Wonderful service and the salon did a great job at working around my preferences for evening weekday and weekend appointments. Equally important is
how happy I am with my results - virtually hair-free from head to toes. I will definitely come back for a top-up or a repeat course on a few areas in the future.

Just a special shout out to Sarolta for always being so wonderful and professional. She is a real asset to the salon.
